3 Terms and definitions
This standard applies the following terms with respective definitions:
3.1 the seamless round tube: a Hollow product of round in cross section, having a uniform nominal wall thickness, which at all stages of production has a continuous circumference.
3.2 ovality (deviation from circular shape): Difference between the largest and smallest values of the diameters measured at one cross section perpendicular to the tube axis.
3.3 nominal wall thickness: wall Thickness specified in the order.
3.4 raznoshennoy (thickness variation, the deviation from concentricity, the cross raznoshennoy): the difference between the largest and smallest wall thickness measured in single cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, expressed in millimetres;
raznoshennoy can also be expressed in percent relative to nominal wall thickness.
3.5 times the length: the Period of integral multiple of the number of core length with an allowance for cutting and a tolerance on the overall length.
3.6 random length: the Product in the direct segment, having a length within the specified range.
4 Assortment
4.1 Geometrical dimensions of the pipe determine the outside diameter, wall thickness and length.
4.2 nominal outside diameter and nominal wall thickness of extruded pipe shall conform to the values specified in table 1.

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Basic implementation
5.1.1 Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
5.1.2 Pipes are made from extruded bronze brands, Brams 10−3-1,5 and Brain 10−4-4 with the chemical composition according to GOST 18175.
5.1.3 internal and External surfaces of pipes must be free from dirt and oxidation that impede a visual inspection, without bowls, cracks, shells, delamination and blistering.
Allowed some small surface defects: dents, minor risks and signs of Stripping of local defects, if they do not withdraw pipe for tolerances for dimensions in the control sweep.
Allowed on the surface of the pipe koltsevatost and color tint.
5.1.4 Metal tube must be free of internal defects such as non-metallic inclusions, cavities, press utain, delaminations, and other defects.
5.1.5 Pipe should be trimmed evenly and must not have significant burrs.
Cocina cutting of pipes shall not exceed the values given in table 5.

For the manufacture of separators of rolling bearings pipe bronze brand Brams 10−3-1,5 should have a tensile strength of at least 590 (60) MPa (kgf/mm), the elongation after rupture of at least 12% hardness, HB 129−171 kgf/mm.
5.2 Execution on demand of the consumer
5.2.1 Pipe outer diameter of 100 mm is made of bronze brand Brams 10−3-1,5 with a wall thickness of 6.5 mm with limit deviation of wall thickness of ±0.75 mm.
5.2.2 Curvature of 1 m of length shall not exceed 3 mm for pipes with outer diameter up to 80 mm inclusive.
5.3 Execution in coordination with the consumer
5.3.1 Pipe can be made of intermediate sizes for the external diameter and wall thickness limit deviation on them for the next larger size given in tables 2 and 3.
5.3.2 Pipe can be manufactured with a wall thickness of 5 mm with a tolerance of plus 0.5 to minus 0.75 mm and with a wall thickness of 7.5 mm with a tolerance of ±1.0 mm.
5.3.3 non-standard pipe can be made longer than specified in table 4. Thus the cosine of the cut and the curvature of the pipes is determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
5.3.4 Pipes can be made exact or multiple lengths with extreme deviations in length
