1 Scope
This standard applies to pipe copper and brass, drawn, of rectangular cross section designed for the manufacture of waveguides.
The standard specifies the dimensions, technical requirements, acceptance rules, methods of control and testing, packaging, labeling, transportation and storage of pipes.

3 Terms and definitions
This standard applies the following terms with respective definitions:
3.1 rectangular tube: a Hollow product rectangular in cross section, having a uniform nominal wall thickness.
3.2 nominal wall thickness: wall Thickness specified in the order.
3.3 measuring length: the Product of a certain length, specified in the order, straight leg, or in the Bay.
3.4 times the length: the Period of integral multiple of the number of core length with an allowance for cutting and a tolerance on the overall length.
4 Assortment
4.1 Form, the geometric dimensions of pipes and tolerances for the dimensions shall be as specified in figure 1 and in table 1.

4.8 Theoretical weight of 1 m of pipes with nominal diameter and nominal wall thickness for cold-deformed pipes is given in table A. 1 (Appendix A).
4.9 At the request of the consumer tube section 48х24, 58х25, 90х45 manufactured with a wall thickness of 5±5 mm inner radius () of not more than 0.7 mm, an outer radius () of not more than 4 mm.
Allowed by agreement between manufacturer and consumer to make the inner pipe section 5,2x2,6 and less than 90°±30'.
