Allowed to roll in coils or wound on reels of pipe with an inner diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 6 mm or more.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 3).
1.3. (Deleted, Rev. N 1).
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
Pipes are made from lead brands C1 and C2 with the chemical composition according to GOST 3778.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
2.2. Surface of the pipe must be clean, smooth, without cracks, captivity, scratches, pits, and nonmetallic inclusions. Allowed some minor surface defects, oxide films, minor imprints, if they are not in the sweep output tubes for maximum deviations in size.
2.3. The pipe ends should be cut smoothly and should not have a significant Burr.
2.4. (Deleted, Rev. N 1).
3A. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3A.1. Pipes take by the parties.
The party should consist of pipes of the same size made of lead to one brand and feature a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
the symbol of the pipes;
batch number;
the designation of this standard.
3A. 2. Check the outer surface, control the size and shape subjected to each pipe.
3A.3. To determine the chemical composition of select three tubes from the party. On the manufacturer allowed the sampling of molten metal.
3A.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator thereon, a second test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
3. TEST METHODS
3.1. Inspection of the pipe surface is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
3.2.The wall thickness of the pipe is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507, outer diameter is a caliper according to GOST 166. Ovality is defined as the difference between the maximum and minimum outside diameters in one section of the pipe; measured a caliper according to GOST 166.
3.3. Chemical composition is determined by GOST 20580.0 — 20580.8 GOST, GOST 26880.1, GOST 26880.2 or GOST 8857.
A sample from the pipe are taken by drilling at a minimum distance of 50 mm from the end. The total mass of the sample should not exceed 300 g.
The differences in the evaluation of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 20580.0 — 20580.8 or GOST GOST 8857.
3.2, 3.3. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 3).
4. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
4.1. The reels with them wound on tubes should be covered with boards and covered with a steel tape of size not less than 0,3х30 mm according to GOST 3560. The distance from the top layer of tubes to the ends of the cheeks of the drum shall be not less than 50 mm.
Pipe in coils should be Packed in wooden boxes types III-2 according to GOST 2991. Dimensions of boxes — GOST 21140 or according to normative-technical documentation. The weight of the package tubes to the drums must not exceed 600 kg, the mass of pipes in coils should not exceed 300 kg.
Pipe in segments packaged in universal containers according to GOST 15102, GOST 20435или in special containers according to normative-technical documentation.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 3).
4.2. Consolidation packages in overpacks — GOST 21929.
Packaging is carried out on pallets according to GOST 9557 or using bars with a height of not less than 50 mm with strapping in the longitudinal and transverse directions with wire of diameter not less than 3 mm according to GOST 3282 or tape of size not less than 0,3х30 mm according to GOST 3560. Bond tips: twist the wire at least 5 turns of the tape — «the castle».
Packaging tubes are designed for areas far North and remote areas shall be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846, group «Metals and metal products."
4.3. To each tube, the Bay or the drum needs to attach a label indicating:
the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
brand lead; .
pipe size;
batch number;
designation of this standard.
Allowed on each tube at intervals of the aforementioned data applied with indelible paint.
4.4. Transport marking of packages — according to GOST 14192 with the additional indication of the batch number on the spot, free from traffic markings.
