By agreement between manufacturer and consumer hire are made in nedressirovanny condition, in this non-stripe a — line slip, stain adhesion welding and inflection, and the figures for the yield strength, the depth of the spherical dimples, relative elongation, flatness and roughness are not normalized.
4.1.6 the hire is manufactured from mill and cut edge.
On edges not allowed defects, the depth of which exceeds half of the limit deviations on width of rolled and deducing it for a nominal size width.

Determining the location of the front of the rental given in Annex 3.
4.1.8 and the State of the surface of sheet steel, compressed in the cold state, for the hood (CR3 and CR4) may be different in the case of closed and open parts.
The surface of sheet steel, intended for manufacturing of enclosed parts, may have pores, slight indentations, faint strokes or scratches, and slight discoloration.
The surface of sheet steel intended for the manufacture of exposed parts, should be relatively free from the above defects. Unless otherwise specified, inspection is subjected to only one side of the sheet.
Sheet steel, compressed in a cold condition, usually produce a Mat surface that is suitable for the following ordinary decorative painting, however, such steel is not recommended for electrochemical coatings.
When forming steel sheet, compressed in a cold condition, in the manufacture of parts may occur the deterioration of the surface of some localized areas that may require manual processing of these sites of the items for surface preparation for subsequent application of the product.
4.1.9 For rental of group III surface finish remove surface defects with fine-grained emery Stripping or felt around with emery paste. While on the surface rental allowed traces of abrasive Stripping, and the depth of Stripping should take the rental for a minimal thickness dimension.
4.1.10 the Amount of elongation and the depth of the spherical dimples rolled a very deep drawing, produced in dressirovka state, guaranteed by the manufacturer within 10 days from the date of shipment.

6 Methods to control
6.1 For testing mechanical and technological properties of rental from each selected roll selected one sample at a distance of not less than 2.0 m from its end. From each sample of the selected roll or sheet selected:
— a transverse tensile specimen (place clippings — according to GOST 7564);
— one specimen by squeezing. The sample is cut by the length corresponding to the entire width of the rental. The tests are carried out in places corresponding to the middle and the edge across the width of rolled (not closer than 40 mm from the edge). The test result should be the arithmetic mean of the three measurements. When tested on the automatic machine allowed reducing the depth of the spherical holes of 0.3 mm;
— two specimens on the microstructure is one with edge, one from the middle part of the width of the rental;
— one sample for hardness.
6.1 and the Samples for tensile testing and hardness test
From each batch of sheet material intended for delivery, should be prepared one representative sample for tensile testing (which is also used for hardness test) in accordance with the requirements specified in table 2A. Party in this case represents every 50 t or less of sheet material of the same quality, laminated to the same thickness and condition.
6.2 Test conduct:
— tensile — according to GOST 11701 on samples with an estimated length of 80 mm and a width of the working part 20 mm. the diagram of stretching for rental ability hoods VOSV, VOSV-T, OSV and SV should not be a site of fluidity. On the surface of the samples after testing should not be strips of slip lines;
— squeezing — GOST 10510.

— the amount of grain according to GOST 5639;
— the presence of structurally free cementite — according to GOST 5640 (scale I).
6.2 and tensile Tests should be carried out in accordance with standard ISO 6892. Samples for tensile testing in the transverse direction should be cut to half the distance between the center and the edge of the sheet in the direction of rolling.
6.3 surface Quality of rolled checked by visual inspection without the use of magnifying devices. Classification of surface defects according to GOST 21014.
6.4 Sampling for chemical analysis according to GOST 7565.
6.5 Chemical analysis according to GOST 22536.0 — 22536.5, GOST 22536.10 or other methods providing the required accuracy.
If there are differences in used methods established by this standard.
6.5 a Analysis of each melt should hold the manufacturer to determine the content in wt. % of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur. If necessary, upon special request, the data of this analysis should be disclosed to the buyer or his representative.
6.6 hardness — GOST 9013 or GOST 22975, depending on the thickness of the hire and expected hardness values.
The hardness is determined on samples selected for tensile testing out their working part or on the samples in order to control the microstructure.
6.6 and hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of ISO/R 1024 ISO 6507−1 or ISO 6508, using the models referred to in 6.2.
6.7 surface Roughness of the rolled measured by the contact profilometer according to GOST 2789.
Samples taken from the control coil (sheet) at a distance of not less than 40 mm from the edge and from the middle part of the width of the roll (sheet) one sample of size 200x200 mm.
6.8 permitted the use of statistical and non-destructive methods of control, providing the accuracy achieved by direct methods of measurement.
If there are differences in applied methods of control established by this standard.
6.9 Control the depth of the surface defects is carried out according to the method of the manufacturer.
