This standard applies to plates and wide universal rolling of stainless steel for special purposes, used in heat-treated state.

1. CLASSIFICATION
1.1. The appointment of a rolled sheet are divided into subgroups:
a — for cold forming;
b — General purpose (heat treatment and pressure, cold machining, etc.).

1.2. Depending on the normalized parameters of mechanical properties of rolled sheet are divided into categories 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

2. BRAND AND ASSORTMENT
2.1. The steel grade and the thickness of the sheets and strips shall be as given in table.1A.

2.2. Shape, dimensions, limit deviations (except for extreme deviations in thickness of hot-rolled sheets of a subgroup ) and other requirements for grades must meet:
— GOST 19903 (strength rolling high and normal) for hot-rolled sheets;
— GOST 19904 (precision manufacturing high and normal) — for cold rolled sheets;
— GOST 82 (camber classes A and B) — for universal broadband rental.

2.3. Maximum deviations in thickness hot rolled flats, intended for cold forming (subgroup ) must conform to the standards specified in table.1.

2.4. Deviation from flatness shall not exceed the standards high flatness (DF) according to GOST 19904 for cold rolled sheets and norms of normal flatness (PN) according to GOST 19903 for hot rolled sheets.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1. Sheets and strips are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

3.2. Chemical composition of steel shall conform to the requirements of GOST 11268.

3.3. Sheets and strips are manufactured in the annealed (softened) state. It is possible to produce sheets in the normalized condition.
3.4. Hot rolled sheets intended for cold forming (subgroup ) shall be manufactured from etched surface.
3.5. The leaves should be cropped from all sides. Sheets laminated on the continuous rolling mills can be supplied with mill longitudinal edge.
Quality edging edging must comply with the requirements:
— GOST 19903 — for hot rolled sheets;
— GOST 19904 — for cold rolled sheets.
When the supply of sheets mill edge tears and other defects (if they are on the edges) must not exceed half of the limit deviations on width and output sheets for a nominal size width specified in the order.

3.6. Edges of plates thicker than 30 mm is permitted to cut sharp fire (before heat treatment). By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer is allowed to produce sheet mill edge.
3.7. For trimming edges of sheets should be free of tears, peeling, traces of shrinkage porosity, cavities, gas bubbles and other defects visible to the naked eye.
3.8. Macrostructure of steel shall not have traces of shrinkage, inclusions, cracks, bubbles and placenow and must be provided by the manufacturing technology.
3.9. Depending on the normalized parameters of the mechanical properties of sheets and strip, manufacture according to the categories given in table.2.

3.10. Mechanical properties of the sheets of categories 1, 3 and 5 in a softened or normalized condition and hardness of the leaves categories 2, 3, 4 and 5 should conform to the standards specified in table.3.

1. For sheets and strips supplied in the normalized condition, may be increased to a strength of 49 N/mm(5 kgf/mm) in the observance of the relative elongation.
2. Allowed a decrease in the values of elongation in comparison with specified in the table.2 for sheets and strips of a thickness more than 18 mm to 30 mm — 1 abs. % for sheets and strips of a thickness more than 30 mm — 2 abs. %.
3. Mechanical properties of steel grades 19KH2NMFA, 19KH2NVFA, 21KH2NMFA, 21KH2NVFA installed for sheets of thickness 4 mm. For plates thicker than 4 mm the mechanical properties are set by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer.

3.11. Mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation and toughness) of the sheets 4 and 5-th category is determined on heat-treated (quenching + tempering) the samples for the modes specified in table.4.

3.12. The surface of the plates and strips must be smooth, clean, smooth, smoothed out bubbles, rolled out of the cracks, smoothed out the dirt, cracks and stains, stress crack, sinks-vdaviv, shells from scale, wooloowin, katanoi scale, rolling and kletochnykh captured. Bundles in the leaves are not allowed.

3.13. Allowed Stripping of local defects on the surface of the leaves. The depth of Stripping shall not withdraw the sheet and the strip beyond the minimum thickness. Welding and sealing of surface defects of sheets up to 30 mm are not allowed.
On plates thicker than 30 mm, the welding, and sealing defects can be admitted by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer.
3.14. On both sides of the surface sheets and strips of a thickness up to 10 mm allowed: rabiza, small shell-wdwy, katanya metal particles (not more than one 1 m), scratches and fingerprints, not outputting the sheet beyond the minimum thickness and color of a tint and a touch of sludge from etching.

Note. Allowed the requirements to the surface quality set by standards agreed upon between manufacturer and user.
3.15. Depth bezoperatsionnogo layer (for pure ferrite) for sheets and strips of steel grades 25KHGSA, 30KHGSA, 30KHGSN2A (30ХГСНА) shall not exceed:
— up to 20 mm thick is 2.5% on each side;
— 20−30 mm thick — 2% on each side.
The depth of the decarburization set from the actual thickness of sheet and strip.
3.16. At customer’s request, sheets and strips made:
a) from steel grade 25KHGSA with a mass fraction of carbon 0,24−0,29%;
b) of steel 30KHGSA with a mass fraction of carbon-0,26−0,32%;
in) of steel 30KHGSA with a mass fraction of carbon 0,30−0,34% and manganese 0,9−1,1%;
g) of steel grade 12KH2NMFA and 12KH2NVFA with a mass fraction of carbon 0,11−0,16%;
d) control of non-destructive methods according to the method of the manufacturer;
e) bend test;
g) control of austenitic grain size, which should be no larger than room 5;
h) with the etched surface of hot — rolled sheets, subgroup b;
and) deep drawing with an extreme deviation in thickness plus 0.8, and minus 0.2 mm for sheets with a thickness of 7 mm plus 1 mm for sheets of thickness 9 and 10 mm.

4. ACCEPTANCE RULES
4.1. Sheets and strip, take parties. The party must consist of sheets of one melting ladle, one thickness and one mode of heat treatment, drawn up by one document on quality.
4.1. (Deleted, Rev. N 3).
4.2. Dimensions, surface quality and condition of the edges of the check in the stream or in the acceptance of all sheets and lines of the party.
4.3. To check the chemical composition of the sample size — according to GOST 7565.
4.4. To check mechanical properties and other quality indicators taken two sheets or bands from different places of the party (for sheets or strips with a thickness up to 10 mm) and one sheet or strip (for sheets or strips of thickness greater than 10 mm).
4.5. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators, repeat tests performed on the sample selected according to GOST 7566.
5. TEST METHODS
5.1. Sampling for the determination of chemical composition produced according to GOST 7565. Chemical composition of steel is determined according to GOST 12344*-GOST 12356, 12365 GOST, GOST GOST 18895и 28473 or other methods providing the required accuracy.

5.2. The geometric dimensions and shape of the rental is determined by means of measuring instruments according to the GOST 162, 166 GOST, GOST 427, GOST 2216, GOST 3749, 5378 GOST, GOST 6507, GOST 7502, GOST 26877, and tools or templates, certified according to GOST 8.001** or GOST 8.326*.

5.3. The surface quality of the sheets and strips check external examination.
5.4. Bundles and flocs is controlled by visual inspection of the edges of the sheet from the manufacturer, as well as when cutting sheets from the consumer.
5.5. For testing from each test sheet or strip is selected:
— for testing the mechanical properties of sheet metal, of categories 1, 3 and 5 — a single transverse sample, the broadband rental — one of the longitudinal sample;
for testing the mechanical properties on heat-treated samples (quenching + tempering) two longitudinal specimen for tensile tests and two longitudinal test specimen for impact strength;
— to control the depth bezoperatsionnogo layer — two samples according to GOST 1763;
— to control the absence placenow — two samples;
for flexure tests — one sample.

5.6. Sampling for mechanical tests carried out according to GOST 7564 (version 1).
5.7. Tensile tests carried out according to GOST 1497 on samples with an initial estimated length . When checking the user is allowed to conduct tests on samples with an initial estimated length .
Of the impact test performed according to GOST 9454 on samples of types 1 and 3. Impact strength is determined on plates thicker than 5 mm.

5.8. Bezoperatsionnogo the depth of the layer is controlled according to GOST 1763 by the method of M.
5.9. The hardness of sheets and strips is determined according to GOST 9012 on the heads of samples to tensile tests.
5.10. The lack placenow check by fracture of the samples after quenching in leaves and strips of a thickness more than 50 mm.
5.11. The austenitic grain size is determined according to GOST 5639.
5.12. Bending test on the angle 120° is carried out according to GOST 14019*.

6. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
6.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage in accordance with GOST 7566 with additions.

6.1.1. Sheets and strip, of thickness up to 10 mm should be are well-oiled on both sides with neutral oil.
6.1.2. At the request of the consumer the sheets put:
— marking each sheet has a dye;
— no oiling.
6.1.3. Rental is transported by all kinds of transport in accordance with shipping rules applicable on the transportation of each type.
When transporting in a single address two or more parcels, the dimensions of which allow it to form a transport package with dimensions according to GOST 24597 and when carload shipments of freight must be formed into transport packets in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species.
Packaging in bags packaging tape or wire in accordance with GOST 7566.
Weight package — up to 10 tons, height of the package is 500 mm.
The cargo securing in accordance with the technical conditions of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways.

6.1.4. Transport marking of packages perform in accordance with trebovaniyami 14192 indicating the core, additional information and signatures to be performed on the goods or labels securely attached to the load.
6.1.5. Packaging rolled when transporting it to the far North and remote areas shall be in accordance with GOST 15846*.
