This standard applies to cold-rolled and hot-rolled flat products of corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and high-temperature iron-Nickel alloys and Nickel-based open method of smelting brands KHN28VMAB (ЭП126), KHN32T (ЭП670), KHN38VT (ЭИ703), KHN45JU (ЭП747), KHN58V (ЭП795), KHN65MV (ЭП567), KHN65MVU (ЭП760), KHN67MVTJU (ЭП202), KHN70JU (ЭИ652), KHN75MBTJU (ЭИ602), KHN78T (ЭИ435), HN77TYUR (EI437BU); vacuum-induction smelting brand N70MFV-VI (ЭП814А-VI); vacuum arc remelting brands KHN28VMAB-VD (ЭП126-VD), KHN38VT-VD (ЭП703-VD), KHN67MVTJU-VD (ЭП202-VD) and electroslag remelting brand KHN70JU-sh (ЭИ652-W).

1. CLASSIFICATION
1.1. Flats are divided as follows:
— as material and surface quality into groups:
cold rolled, heat treated, etched — 1A, 2A, 4A;
hot rolled, heat treated, etched — 1B, 2B, 3b, 4B;
— accuracy rolling:
extra accuracy;
normal accuracy;
— type of edge:
with cut edge;
mill edge BUT.
2. ASSORTMENT
2.1. Flat products are manufactured up to a width of 1000 mm, including alloy grade KHN32T (ЭП650) — width up to 1200 mm;
thickness: from 2.0 to 11.0 mm, HR; from 0.8 to 3.9 mm cold — rolled.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer manufactures hot-rolled sheets with a thickness less than 2.0 mm and a thickness of 11 St to 20 mm, cold-rolled — of a thickness of 0.5−0.7 mm.
2.2. Shape, dimensions and limit deviations of the dimensions of the sheets must comply with:
— for HR — GOST 19903 normal accuracy of rolling B
— for cold-rolled, GOST 19904 high and normal accuracy of rolling B.
2.3. The deviation from flatness of sheets shall not exceed that specified in table.1.

2.3.1. The deviation from flatness of cold-rolled sheets from alloys of KHN78T (ЭИ435), KHN75MBTJU (ЭИ602) and KHN38VT (ЭИ703) should not be more than 10 mm per 1 m length.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1. Rolled sheet manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner from alloys with the chemical composition according to GOST 5632.
3.2. Cold and hot rolled sheets made of heat-treated and etched.
3.3. Sheets up to 11 mm incl. made with cut edge, over 11 mm, without cut edges.
Sheets with a thickness St of 11 mm with cut edge manufactured by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
3.4. The leaves should not be bundles, traces of shrinkage, inclusions and bubbles.
3.5. Mechanical properties at room and elevated temperatures sheets with thickness up to 3.9 mm incl. must conform to the standards specified in table.2.

Notes:
1. In coordination with the consumer the surface quality of the sheets is allowed to set the samples approved in the established order.
2. Allowed local gentle scraping of the surface defects, the depth of Stripping shall not exceed the limits of depth of permissible defects. Burning from Stripping not allowed.
3. At the customer’s request sheets are produced without Stripping and cutting with unacceptable defects.
4. Various shades from etching and grey.
5. Allowed continuous cleaning of the sheets of abrasive with a grain size no larger than N 25 churchyard 3647.
no larger than 4 points for sheets with thickness up to 3.9 mm from alloys of KHN70JU (ЭИ652), KHN70JU-sh (ЭИ652-W), HN77TYUR (EI437BU) and KHN38VT-VD (ЭИ703-VD);
no bigger than 5 points for sheets with a thickness of 4 mm or more alloy brands KHN38VT (ЭИ703), KHN75MBTJU (ЭИ602) and KHN78T (ЭИ435).
3.9. Sheets with a thickness up to 3.9 mm alloy brand KHN32T (ЭП670) must pass the test for cold bend at an angle of 180° to the contact without the formation of cracks, tears and bundles.
3.10. Sheets of alloys of XH65MB (ЭП567), KHN65MVU (ЭП760), N70MFV-VI (ЭП814А-VI), at the request of the consumer and alloy XH78T (ЭИ435) should not have the tendency to intergranular corrosion. In this case, the grain size for alloy grade KHN78T (ЭИ435) is not normalized.
3.11. For the alloy grades KHN67MVTJU (ЭП202, ЭП202-VD) for control and heat treated samples relative reduction shall be not less than 18% and impact strength of at least 40 j/cm(4 kg·m/cm).
3.12. Alloy brand N70MFV-VI (ЭП814А-VI) produce a hardness of 220 HB.
3.13. At the customer’s request sheets are produced:
— with standard shock bending;
— with standard pollution alloys, non-metallic inclusions in the sheet thickness of 6 mm and more;
— with standard hardness;
— no mechanical testing and testing for intergranular corrosion.
Norms set by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
4. ACCEPTANCE RULES
4.1. The leaves take parties. The party must consist of sheets of one melting, one state of the material, one thickness, one mode of heat treatment and be accompanied by one document on quality according to GOST 7566 with an additional indication of the chemical composition in accordance with the document on the quality of the manufacturer of the alloy.
Vacuum arc and electroslag melting complement of ingots, melted in the mold section, identical in electric mode and one of the electrodes of the source of melting.
4.2. To control the size, flatness and surface quality are subjected to each sheet of the party.
4.3. To check the quality of the leaves taken:
for tensile tests at room and elevated temperature, determining the impact bending, cold bending, grain size, hardness of paper from the party;
— to determine the propensity to intergranular corrosion — the sample size according to GOST 6032*;

— to determine the contamination of non — metallic inclusions according to GOST 1778;
— for checking of chemical composition — GOST 7565.
4.4. If unsatisfactory validation results at least one of the indicators of re-examination is carried out according to GOST 7566.
5. TEST METHODS
5.1. Sampling for the determination of chemical composition is carried out according to GOST 7565.
The chemical composition of the alloys is determined by the method of the manufacturer, duly approved.
5.2. The surface quality is checked visually without the use of magnifying devices.
5.3. Measurement of tile dimensions and flatness is carried out according to GOST 19903,19904 GOST and GOST 26877. The thickness of the sheets is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507, the linear dimensions of leaves, measuring tape according to GOST 7502, metal ruler according to GOST 427 or other measuring tools that provide required accuracy of measurement. The deviation from flatness is measured with a metal ruler according to GOST 427 or other measuring instruments of appropriate accuracy.

5.4. Selection and preparation of samples for mechanical testing is carried out according to GOST 7564 across the direction of rolling.
From each sheet selected in the sample taken at two specimen of each type.
For grades KHN67MVTJU (ЭП202) and HN77TYUR (EI437BU) determination of mechanical properties carried out on heat treated samples.
5.5. The tensile test at a temperature of (20) °With the sheets of thickness 3.0 mm and more is carried out according to GOST 1497, and sheets with thickness up to 3.0 mm according to GOST 11701 samples, the initial estimated length .
Allowed the test of sheets up to 3.0 mm carried out on samples of the estimated length of 5.65 and width = 20 mm. tensile Test at elevated temperature is carried out according to GOST 9651 on samples of initial length .
For sheets with a thickness of 6 mm or more is allowed to carry out tests on round specimens.
5.6. Impact strength is determined according to GOST 9454. Sample type is determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
5.7. Contamination of metal non-metallic inclusions test according to GOST 1778.
5.8. The grain size is determined according to GOST 5639.
5.9. Brinell hardness number is determined according to GOST 9012.
5.10. Test cold bend — according to GOST 14019*.

5.11. Control of the defects specified in paragraph 3.4, is carried out visually on the edges of the sheets.
5.12. Testing of alloys to intergranular corrosion is carried out on the samples after provoking heating at a temperature of (800±10) °C for 30 min, cooling in air.
The mode of testing alloys shall meet the requirements specified in table.5.

6. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
6.1. Packing, marking, transportation and storage is carried out according to GOST 7566 with the following additions.
6.1.1. Leaves in bundles, the marking is applied on each sheet.
6.1.2. Transport marking is applied according to GOST 14192 with main, additional and informational inscriptions performed by waterproof paint on the label, securely attached to the cargo.
6.1.3. Consolidation packages produced according to GOST 24597.
6.1.4. Bundles or packages must be bound with a wrapping tape according to GOST 3560, GOST 6009 or other normative and technical documentation, and funds of the bond should correspond to GOST 21650.
6.1.5. Weight of cargo space with mechanized loading and unloading in open vehicles must not exceed 10 t, in indoor — 1250 kg With manual loading and unloading weight of cargo must not exceed 80 kg.
6.1.6. The sheets are transported by all kinds of transport in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this type, and conditions of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways.
