3 Main parameters and dimensions
3.1 rental are made of steel grades 08KP, 08ps, 08, 10kp, 10ps, 10, 15kp, 15ps, 15, 20kp, 20ps, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 according to GOST 1050; 08JU according to GOST 9045; 15G, 20G, 30G, 40G, 50G, 10G2, 35G2, 20S, 30S, 38KHA, 40H, 45KH according to GOST 4543, 65, 70, 60G, 65G, 70G — according to GOST 14959.
Note — steel grade 08JU produce sheet products.
3.2 rental manufactured thickness:
4 — 160 mm — sheet;
4 — 12 mm — roller;
6 — 60 mm — broadband.
3.3 requirements for the assortment of rent must comply with:
GOST 19903 — for sheet and roll;
GOST 82 — for broadband.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 characteristics of basic performance
4.1.1 hot-rolled without heat treatment or after controlled rolling, normal accuracy in thickness, normal flatness, mill edge.
4.1.2 rental broadband without heat treatment random length, Rebrovo curvature class B, normal flatness, mill edge.
4.1.3 Chemical composition of the steel in the screener sample and the permissible deviations in the finished hire must comply with GOST 1050, GOST 4543, GOST 9045, GOST 14959.
4.1.4 surface Quality and requirements for rolled edges should correspond to GOST 14637.
4.1.5 Stratification in rental is not allowed.
4.1.6 In the macrostructure of hire should not be visible without using the magnifying devices, bundles, clusters, rolled, bubbles, inclusions and placenow.
4.1.7 Hardness of products with thickness up to 80 mm incl. without heat treatment or after controlled rolling needs to conform to the standards specified in table.2.

4.2 Characteristics set by the consumer
4.2.1 hot-rolled high precision thickness, flatness is improved, high and very high according to GOST 19903.
4.2.2 rental universal broadband, lengths or multiple lengths, improved flatness, curvature Rebrovo class A according to GOST 82.
4.2.3 plates of thickness up to 80 mm incl. with cut edge.
4.2.4 Bicycle with a mass fraction of sulfur 0,020%-0,035%.
4.2.5 rental with a mass fraction of sulfur and phosphorus, reduced against the norms GOST 1050, GOST 4543, GOST 9045, GOST 14959.
4.2.6 rolled in thickness up to 80 mm incl. in heat-treated (normalized, annealed, vysokoopasnye).
4.2.7 the products with thickness up to 80 mm incl. in the heat-treated condition with a hardness shown in table 2.
4.2.8 the products with thickness up to 80 mm of steel grades 08KP, 08ps, 08, 10kp, 10ps, 10, 15kp, 15ps, 15, 20kp, 20ps and 20 without heat treatment and with continuous rolling mills with a hardness in accordance with the rules of table 2 for annealed or vysokoopasnye rental.

4.2.10 the products with thickness up to 80 mm of steel grades 08KP, 08ps, 08, 10kp, 10ps, 10, 15kp, 15ps, 15, 20kp, 20ps and 20 without heat treatment and with continuous rolling mills with mechanical properties in accordance with the rules of table 3 for annealed or vysokoopasnye rental.
4.2.11 rolled without heat treatment, after controlled rolling and the normalized thickness up to 80 mm incl. from steel grades 10, 15, 20, 15G and 20G with a normalized impact strength KCU not less than 29 j/cm(3 kgf · m/cm) at a temperature of minus 20 °C.
4.2.12 the products with thickness up to 60 mm incl. with the bend test cold 180° when the thickness of the mandrel specified in table 4. The bending point should be no fracture, delamination and cracks visible to the naked eye.

4.3 Characteristics and norms established by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer
4.3.1 hire a clarification of the requirements regarding assortment GOST and GOST 19903 82.
4.3.2 plates in length from 1.5 to 5 m.
4.3.3 plates with thickness more than 80 mm from the cut edge.
4.3.4 rental with a normalized total mass fraction of sulfur and fosforito.
4.3.5 rental with low mass fraction of residual elements in the steel relative to the standards GOST 1050, GOST 4543, GOST 9045, GOST 14959.
4.3.6 rental with the increased mass fraction of residual elements (chromium, Nickel, copper) to steel produced scrap — or scrap-ore process, with respect to the standards GOST 1050, GOST 4543, GOST 9045, GOST 14959.
4.3.7 rolled steel with a mass fraction of carbon in the mark at the lower limit not less than 0.3% with a guarantee of depth of decarburization (ferrite + transition zone) no more than 2% on the side of the actual sheet thickness.
4.3.8 rolled thickness over 80 mm in the heat treated condition.
4.3.9 rolled thickness over 80 mm with hardness control.
4.3.10 rental with mechanical properties in the normalized condition in accordance with the standards specified in table 5.

5 acceptance Rules
5.1 General rules of acceptance of rental — according to GOST 7566.
5.2 the hire show to the acceptance of the parties.
The party should consist of sheets, coils or strips of the same steel grade, the same thickness dimension, one mode of heat treatment for heat-treated rolled, and rolled from ingots and continuous caster from one melting-ladle.
In batch installations of continuous casting of the difference in the mass fraction of carbon in the steel shall not exceed 0.04 percent, and mass fraction of manganese, 0.15 per cent.
The weight of the batch, bottled on the continuous casting plant must be no more than 400 g.
Allowed the formation of party rental base available in several heats of steel.
5.3 Each shipment is accompanied by a quality document in accordance with GOST 7566.
In accordance with the order document of quality which has two kinds of filling:
— showing: «Products correspond to GOST 1577−93»;
— showing the results of all types of the tests.
Note — If no order document type as documents are made at the discretion of the manufacturer.
5.4 the hire are subjected to acceptance testing.
5.5 To check the quality of the party rentals select:
1) chemical analysis — samples according to GOST 7565.
The manufacturer carries out control of the chemical composition in the screener sample, if necessary — in ready rental;
2) for surface quality control — all sheets, coils and strips;
3) to control the size, two sheet, coil or strip, at tile rolling — all sheets, coils or strips;
4) for controlling the shape of two sheet, coil or strip;
5) to control the hardness and mechanical properties, macrostructure, testing for cold bending — single sheet, roll or single lane.
Upon delivery of the hire in the heat-treated control leaves taken from the middle of the charge. During heat treatment of rolled in continuous heat-treatment furnaces checklists are selected arbitrarily.
From rolled, manufactured at the mills of continuous rolling and do not require heat treatment, samples are taken from the outer lap of the coil.
5.6 allowed for party rental test results sheets, coils and strips of steel one melting on macrostructure and mechanical properties obtained from parties rental of large thickness, spread on party rentals in smaller thicknesses.
5.7 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators, repeat tests carried out according to GOST 7566.
6 test Methods
6.1 Chemical analysis were carried out according to GOST 28473, GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.10,12344 GOST-GOST 12352, 12354 series GOST, GOST 12357, 12360 GOST or other methods providing the required accuracy.

6.3 Sampling for mechanical tests on table 3 and technological tests carried out according to GOST 7564.
Sampling for mechanical tests in tables 5 and 6 is carried out in accordance with Annex 2.
6.4 the Quality of rolled product surface is controlled visually. Rolling in the absence of delamination is controlled by the inspection of edges and ends without the use of magnifying devices. Allowed the use of devices such as IGT-10НК or other devices of this class. When visual detection of the separation quality of hire are additionally checked by the removal of chips. The split chip is a sign of discontinuity flaws of metal.
Allowed the consumer the lack of stratification to control after cutting.
6.5 From each of the selected control sheet, coil or strip select:
— for tensile tests and bending — one sample;
to test for the impact strength — two samples from rolled steel of a thickness of 5 mm or more;
— to check the macrostructure is one templet transverse length of 250 mm from the middle part of the width of the rolled;
— to test the hardness of two samples: one with the edge, the other from the middle part of the width of the rolled;
— to control the depth bezoperatsionnogo layer — one sample from the edge of the width rolled.
6.6 tensile Test is carried out according to GOST 1497.
Samples for testing the mechanical properties of broadband products (see table 3), supplied without heat treatment, manufactured from normalized billets with a thickness of 25 mm. With the strip thickness less than 25 mm the normalization is performed on the workpieces equal to the thickness of the strip.
6.7 Samples for tensile testing and impact toughness (see tables 5 and 6) are cut from heat-treated billets of size specified by the user.
6.8 the bending Test is carried out according to GOST 14019.
6.9 the Recommended modes of heat treatment of workpieces for testing the mechanical properties (see tables 5 and 6) are given in Appendix 3.
6.10 the Test for impact strength is carried out according to GOST 9454 on samples of types 1, 2, 3, and 11.
The mode of heat treatment of workpieces (samples) for determination of impact strength at a temperature of minus 20 C, minus 40 °C or minus 50 °From the rental of quiet steel grades determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
6.11 hardness test is carried out according to GOST 9012.
6.12 Control of macrostructure is carried out by etching with GOST 10243. The manufacturer can guarantee the requirements of the macrostructure without holding control.
The methodology and the scale to control the macrostructure of rolled in thicknesses more than 10 mm is determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
6.13 determination of the depth bezoperatsionnogo layer is carried out according to GOST 1763.
6.14 Ultrasonic inspection is carried out according to GOST 22727.
6.15 For the control of the macrostructure, mechanical properties, hardness and bezoperatsionnogo layer is allowed to apply non-destructive and statistical control methods according to the method approved in the prescribed manner.
In technically justified cases at the request of the consumer produce, the control of mechanical properties according to GOST 1497, GOST 9454.
7 Transportation and storage
7.1 Transportation and storage — by GOST 7566.
7.2 rental is transported by all kinds of transport in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species.
7.3 During transport rental rail type of shipment carload.
Loading, fastening and placement of rental must be in accordance with the technical conditions of loading and fastening of goods* approved by the Ministry of Railways, and GOST 22235.
