It is possible to manufacture profiles not shorter than 1.5 m but not more than 10% of the batch weight.
Limit deviations of the length of bars should not exceed +50 mm.
3.5 the Curvature of bars should not exceed:
for profile N 1 of the plane is 0.5%, the edge — 0.2% of the length;
— for profiles of N 2, 6, 8 and 9 for plane — 0,6%, according to the edge — 0.2% of the length;
— for profiles 3 and 4, N — 0.5% of the length;
— for profiles N 5, 7 and 10 0,6% length;
— profile N 11 on the plane — 0,6%, according to the edge — 0,4% of the length.
3.6 the Radii of curvature of the ribs of the profile should not exceed 0.5 mm.
3.7 Have a rhombic profile N 7 and 10, the difference between the sides forming the obtuse angle should not exceed 0.5 mm.
3.8 Deviations from the correct geometric shape of the cross section profile roundness, thickness variation, Combichrist (difference of diagonals), misalignment, convexity planes must be within the range not exceeding the allowable deviation in size. The concavity of the planes is not allowed.
