2. ASSORTMENT

2.1. Tape thickness and limit deviation on thickness shall be as specified in table.1.

2.2. The tape is manufactured in rolls without welds and with welded seams. Belt length should be at least 10 m. it is possible to produce tape lengths from 1.5 to 10.0 m in colcheste not more than 10% of the batch weight.

The distance between welds in the tape must be at least 4 m, and for strips with thickness 1.5−2.0 mm — no less than 3 m.

The welding areas must be marked. Tape with a thickness of 0.3 mm or less, the weld mark on one side.

2.3. The tape is manufactured in the width from 10 till 410 mm with gradation of 5 mm.

Tape thickness to 1.0 mm and width up to 100 mm are made with a smaller gradation width, but not less than 1.0 mm.

At the request of the consumer edged ribbon is manufactured in widths from 6.0 to 10.0 mm.

2.4. The width of the cut strips and limit deviations on width depending on the thickness specified in table.2.

2.6. At the request of the consumer edged ribbon manufactured with a camber of 1.0 m length not more than:

2.7. Deviation from flatness on a piece of tape with a thickness of 1,0 m shall not exceed:

2.8. The inner diameter of the coils for tape thickness of 0.2 mm or more from 150 to 600 mm, for strips of thickness less than 0.2 mm not more than 400 mm.

In coordination with the consumer tape is manufactured with a predetermined internal diameter of the roll.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1. The tape shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard.

3.2. The chemical composition of the steel must correspond to GOST 5632. At the request of the consumer and 08X18H10 steel grades 12H18N9 residual mass fraction of titanium should be less than 0.2%.

3.3. In steel brand 03Х18Н12-VI mass fraction of oxygen should not exceed 0,006% of nitrogen — 0,03%, copper — by 0.2%.

3.4. The mechanical properties of soft tape shall be as specified in table.4.

4. The surface roughness of the cleaned areas should be for tapes:

5. Class surface quality indicated by the user. In the absence of specifying the class of surface quality is chosen by the manufacturer.

3.8. On the edges of the cut strips should be no cracks, chipping, tears and bundles; allowed burrs with a value of not more than the maximum deviations in thickness of the tape.

On the edges of the edging strips are allowed flaw depth not exceeding the limit deviations on width. Edges may be irregularly rounded and uneven.

3.9. Steel grades 20KH13N4G9, 12H17G9AN4, 10X17H13M2T, 12KH18N9, 10H17N13M3T, 08H18N10, 08CR18NI10TI, 12CR18NI10TI 12H18N10E, 03Х18Н12-VI, 06HN28MDT should not be prone to intergranular corrosion.

3.10. Stratification in the tape is not allowed.

3.11. At the request of the consumer tape made:

3.11.1. soft steel brand 03Х18Н12-VI standards for the drawing depth of the spherical holes specified in table.7.

3.11.2. mild steel grades 12H13, 20X13, 30X13 with the bend test to the parallel sides around the mandrel with a thickness equal to the thickness of the tape;

3.11.3. with the regulation of the tendency to embrittlement of steel grade 12H21N5T. The increment of strength should be not more than 50% strength with a soft tape after provoking heating mode: heating to 550 °C, exposure for 1 h, furnace cooling at 100 °C/h to 300 °C, then air cooling;

3.11.4. with a polished or sanded surface;

3.11.5. without standardization of mechanical properties.

4. ACCEPTANCE RULES

4.1. The ribbon take parties. The party must consist of one of the metal trunks, one of treatment, one thickness, one group of surface and one type of edges, and soft tape the same batch furnaces and one heat treatment. The party must be accompanied by a document of quality according to GOST 7566.

By agreement with a consumer party may consist of multiple heats of the same brand.

4.2. To check the quality of the tape from the party is taken:

for control surfaces, shapes and sizes — each roll;

for chemical analysis according to GOST 7565;

— to determine the mass fraction of gas — three samples from the melt;

for tensile testing, embrittlement, bend, bend, hood spherical dimples, definition of surface roughness, as well as for testing susceptibility to intergranular attack — one roll from the party.

The tape, obtained by cutting one coil at the specified dimensions, taken as a single coil.

4.3. The roughness of the tape and the stripped plots, kinks, camber and deviation from flatness, the manufacturer verifies periodically, but not less than once per month not less than two coils.

4.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators, repeat tests performed on the sample selected according to GOST 7566.

5. TEST METHODS

5.1. Chemical composition of steel in the feed, and the content of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in steel grade 03Х18Н12-VI makes sure the document about the quality of the manufacturer of the metal.

If necessary, carry out chemical analysis according to GOST 28473, GOST 12344*-GOST 12365, the gas content is determined according to GOST 17745.

5.2. The tape thickness is measured by micrometer according to GOST 6507, GOST 4381, the linear dimensions measured by tape according to GOST 7502, metal ruler according to GOST 427, the width of the cut strips up to 250 mm measured by Vernier caliper according to GOST 166 or other measuring instruments of appropriate accuracy.

The thickness of the edging tape measure at least 10 mm from the edge, cut at least 5 mm.

When the width of the edging ribbon 15 mm and less thickness measured in the middle of the tape.

5.3. Deviation from flatness and camber determines on any portion of the tape during unwind of a roll or on a segment with a length of 1−1,5 m from the end of the roll.

5.4. The deviation from flatness is determined in the control flat plate by measuring the maximum height deviation of the tape from the plate.

5.5. To check the tape to check the camber portion of the tape is placed on a flat surface and to the concave side of the strip, apply a line length of 1 m, and then determine the distance of the most remote point of the arc of the tape from the line.

6. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
