1. Mass fraction of residual copper in the steel of all grades should not exceed 0.25%, and at the request of the consumer to 0.20%.
2. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer, the sheets of steel grades listed in table.1, manufactured with narrowed limits of the mass fractions of individual elements.
3. Allowed Wolfram to 0.20%, molybdenum up to 0.15%, titanium up to 0.03% vanadium and up to 0.05% in steels, alloyed with these elements, unless a different number is not due to a special agreement.
4. In steel grades 12KH2NMFA, 19KH2NMFA, 21KH2NMFA, 23KH2NMFA and 12KH2NM1FA allowed the partial replacement of molybdenum with tungsten on the basis that one mass part of the molybdenum is replaced by three mass parts of tungsten. In this case the mass fraction of tungsten should not exceed 0.3%.
In steel grades 12KH2NVFA, 19KH2NVFA, 21KH2NVFA and 23KH2NVFA permitted to replace the residual tungsten molybdenum on the basis that one mass fraction of molybdenum replaces three of the mass fraction of tungsten. In this case the mass fraction of tungsten in steel each brand should be not less than 0.60%.
5. Ready to hire a deviation in chemical composition:
— silicon, vanadium, molybdenum | ±0,02% |
