Technological properties of steel 10Х14АГ15

Forging temperature
Beginning 1160, end 850.
Weldability
without restriction. Recommended RTD with standard electrodes. Well welded in shielding gas environment both without additive and with additive wire of basic composition or composition type X18H9. Contact welding with low alloyed or carbon steel is not allowed due to the formation of brittle structures in the core of the point. Additional treatment of welded joints is not required.
