Description
Alloy ВТ35 used: for the manufacture of sheets, foils, shaped castings; in aircraft honeycomb structures, anchor nuts and long sheet member.
Note
ВТ35 alloy high-alloy weldable high-tech pseudo-β-alloy with strength up to 1200 MPa. Alloy capable of hardening during heat treatment in vacuum furnace (or in a protective atmosphere). Alloy ВТ35Л retains the β phase in the process of natural cooling.
The alloy has a high hardenability. In the tempered condition the alloy has high ductility and is capable of cold deformation. Aging leads to a significant hardening (σin > 1200 MPa; δ=6%) with high fracture toughness.
The alloy is treated satisfactorily by the pressure in the hot state.
The alloy after quenching is capable of cold deformation.
