Description

Alloy M40 is used: for the manufacture of welded structures operating at cryogenic and elevated temperatures; profiles with cross-sectional area of 200 cm2 and a diameter of circumcircle up to 350mm suitable for use in the aviation industry and special machine building industries.

Note

M40 — alloy system Al-Cu-Mg aluminum of high heat resistance, hardened by heat treatment (quenching + natural ageing).
