Application
CrN35VT, discs, rotors, fasteners, flat springs and other parts operating up to 650 °C. A heat resistant nickel based alloy.

Technological properties of CrN35VT steel

Forging temperature
Beginning 1170, end 850. Cooling in the air.
Weldability
Difficult-to-weld. Welding method — RDS, electrodes KTI-762. Subsequent heat treatment is recommended to remove welding stresses.
machinability by cutting
In the heat-treated state at HB 269 and σB = 951 MPa Kυ dv.spl. = 0,30, Kυ b.st. = 0,15.
