Weldability
Welding methods — RTD and ADS. Welding of heaters with operating temperature higher than 1100 C is carried out with direct current electrodes made of the same material with 0,3L-8 cladding. Welding of heaters with operating temperature up to 1100 C is carried out with conventional electrodes from heat-resistant materials. ADS — non-consumable electrodes with the use of additive material of X27Yu5T alloy. When welding the heaters must be covered with asbestos sheets to avoid splashing and damage to the wire in this place.
Tendency to tempering capacity
Is prone in the temperature range of 400−500 C.
Flocene sensitivity
is not sensitive.
