Technological properties of CrN77TUR alloy

Forging temperature
The beginning 1180, the end 900. Sections up to 300 mm are air-cooled.
Weldability
difficult to weld. The method of welding is RDS.
Machinability by cutting
In the heat-treated condition at HB 262 and σB = 1060 MPa Kυ dv.spl. = 0,20, Kυ b.st. = 0,08.
