A regime combining pre-flaking and final heat treatment: Loading at 600−650°C, cooling with furnace to 300−320°C, holding 2 h/100 mm, heating with furnace to 950 °C, holding 0.5 h, cooling to 840−860°C, holding 0.5/100 mm. Air cooled to 400 °C, then with furnace to 200−250 °C, holding for 2 h/100 mm. Heating with furnace to 710 °C, holding for 0.5h, then cooling to 590−601°C, holding at the initial stage 1.5h/100mm, atforging stage 6h/100mm, then cooling at a rate of 30 deg/h to 400 °C, then 15 deg/h to 150 °C (Tangential specimens) |
