Designation
Description
Steel SV-10ХМФТУ AND used: for the production of welding wire with a diameter of 1.6 to 6.0 mm used in nuclear power engineering and petrochemical engineering; in combination with flux an-42 for manual and automatic welding under the flux layer of heat-resistant steels pearlitic class of reactor vessels and other nuclear power equipment; steel type 15Х2МФА and 15Х2МФА (A) various modifications category КП45 strength at 350 °C in thicknesses up to 400 mm, including a narrow-gap butchering.
Note
Corrosion-resistant steel.
Standards
Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-4818-2008 the chemical composition is given for steel grade Sv-10KhMFTU-A. The mass fraction of antimony and tin in steel on the first five batches is not a rejection sign. In the steel, deviations in chemical composition are allowed: according to the chemical composition ± 0.010%, sulfur and phosphorus +0.0010%, copper +0.010%, silicon ± 0.010%, manganese ± 0.050%, nickel ± 0.030%, chromium ± 0.050%, for molybdenum ± 0.050%.
