According to OST 1 90377-87 the chemical composition is given for the alloy grade VAL10. The amount of allowable impurities should be no more than 0.60. Upon agreement with the consumer, the content of copper in the alloy VAL 10 up to 5.10% is allowed. For the production of the alloy should be used aluminum grade A99.
