According to GOST 1583-93, the iron content is indicated for casting in chill molds. Casting in sand molds and waxed models from this alloy is usually not made. The iron content for injection molding should be ≤ 1.20%. The amount of allowable impurities should be for die casting ≤ 2.60%, die casting ≤ 2.80%. The total content of lead and tin should be ≤ 0.15%.
