Al is the base.
According to GOST 1583-93 is given for the alloy AM5 (AL19). The iron content is indicated for casting in sand molds and for investment models. The iron content during molding in the mold is ≤ 0.30%. The amount of allowable impurities should be for casting in sand molds, for melted models, casting in chill molds ≤ 0.90%.
According to OST 1 90377-87 the chemical composition is given for the alloy grade AL19P. The amount of allowable impurities should not be more than 0.50%. As agreed with the consumer, the content of titanium in the AL19P alloy is within the range of 0.20-0.35%. For the production of the alloy should be used aluminum grade A99.
