According to TU 14-1-2190-77, the chemical composition is given for steel grade 90Г29Ю9ВМБ-Ш (D38-Ш). The following deviations from the chemical composition are allowed: for aluminum ± 0.15%; for manganese -1.00%; for silicon +0.15%, for phosphorus + 0.005%. Cerium, magnesium and calcium are introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis is not determined.
According to TU 14-1-4991-91, the chemical composition of 90G29YU9VMBF-SH steel (D3838F-III) should comply with Appendix 2, which is sent by the company NPO Temp (or TsNIICHM named after Bardin) upon request. The following deviations from the chemical composition in% are allowed: for manganese - minus 1.0; on aluminum - ± 0,15; for silicon - plus 0,15; on phosphorus - plus 0,005. The content of residual elements in the steel should be: chromium - no more than 0.30%, nickel - no more than 0.50%, copper - no more than 0.30%. Cerium, calcium and magnesium are introduced into the metal from the calculation of the content: cerium - 0.05%, magnesium - 0.05%, calcium - 0.05%. The content of cerium, calcium and magnesium is not determined by chemical analysis.
