Features of production |
The developed technology of smelting is the technology of the preliminary and final deoxidation of the molten steel REM provides low level of impurities at the level of: sulfur – 0,0002 – about 0.0006 %, nitrogen – 0.0016 inch – 0,0025 %, oxygen – 0,0007 – 0,0010 %, and the stability of the assimilation of the main alloying elements to a value of ± 0.1 %. Doping with beryllium steel significantly improves its properties, and, in the first place, such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, modulus of elasticity etc. |
Features of heat treatment |
Bars supplied in the annealed condition. Annealing is performed according to the mode: heating at a temperature of 950-980 °C holding time at this temperature for 2-4 hours; then cooling with the furnace not more than 30 °C per hour to 680 °C; exposure at this temperature for 18-24 hours; then cooling with the furnace to 300-350 °C, then in air. The mode of heat treatment of the samples: annealing temperature 930-950 °C in butter, cold treatment at a temperature not higher than minus 70 °C for -2 hours PLI in liquid nitrogen for 30 minutes, twice a vacation at a temperature of 460-470 °C for 2 hours. |
