According to TU 108.11.937-87, the chemical composition is given for steel grades 10Х18Н9, 10Х18Н9-ВД, 10Х18Н9-Ш. Deviations in chemical composition are allowed: for carbon + 0.010%, for silicon + 0.10%, for chromium ± 0.20%, for nickel + 0.20%, for titanium and copper + 0.050% for each, for manganese -0, 40% for VDP smelting and -0.30% for other methods of smelting. Determination of nitrogen is carried out. The results are determined, but are not delivery, but are recorded in the certificate.

On the other 108.11.937-87 value of non-metallic inclusions were determined according to GOST 1778 shall not exceed: steel grades 10Х18Н9 and 10Х18Н9-W - oxides, sulphides and silicates 3.0 points, nitrides and carbonitrides 3.5 points; steel grade 10Х18Н9-VD - oxides and sulphides - 2.0 points, silicates - 2.5 points, nitrides and carbonitrides - 3.5 points. |
