Macrostructure and contamination | The macrostructure of the steel on the other 14-1-686-88 should not have shrinkage, porosity, bubbles, cracks, inclusions, crusts, delamination and placenow visible without using the magnifying devices. For Central porosity, spot inhomogeneity and phase separation the square of the defects of the macrostructure should not exceed the score of I for each type. The presence of layer-by-layer crystallization and the bright contour in the macrostructure of metal is not a rejection symptom. The content of nonmetallic inclusions in steel, the maximum score shall not exceed: oxides and silicates (ON, OS, SH, SP, SN) - 2 points; sulfide (S) - 1 points, nitrides and carbonitrides of titanium (NT) - 4.5 points. |
Microstructure | The content of ferrite phase (alpha-phase) in the metal, determined by the magnetic method, it should be in the range of 1-5 %. |
Corrosion resistance | The metal must be resistant to intergranular corrosion. |
