Description

15Х16Н2АМ steel is used: for the manufacture of structural shapes, and forgings intended for subsequent cold machining or hot for subsequent machining (stamping, forging, rolling, etc.) in the manufacture of machine parts; nitride of parts for the aircraft industry; special fasteners and pipeline components for aircraft (bolts, nuts, plugs, angles, tees, pohodnikov, tubes, fittings, etc.).

According to TU 14-1-948-74, the chemical composition is given for steel grade 15H16N2AM-SH (EP479-SH). In the finished rolled steel, subject to the requirements of TU 14-1-948-74, deviation from the chemical composition standards is allowed: by carbon ± 0.010%, manganese ± 0.020%, silicon ± 0.020%, chromium ± 0.050%, nickel -0.050%, molybdenum ± 0.020%.
According to TU 14-1-1434-75 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 15H16N2AM-SH (EP479-Ш). In ready rolled products, deviation from the chemical composition standards is allowed: carbon ± 0.010%, manganese + 0.020%, silicon + 0.020%, chromium ± 0.050%, nickel -0.050%, molybdenum ± 0.020%. The content of residual elements must comply with GOST 5632.

Macrostructure and contamination The macrostructure of the steel on the other 14-1-948-74 when checking on the etched templeto should not have voids, cracks, fractures, delaminations, and inclusions that are visible to the naked eye. Evaluation of the macrostructure is produced according to the methods and scales GOST 10243. The degree of development of a point inhomogeneity, Central porosity, phase separation and square podsadecki segregation should not exceed the 1st score of the scales according to GOST 10243. The degree of development of layer-by-layer crystallization and light circuit shall not exceed 3 points scales according to GOST 10243. Other defects, classified according to GOST 10243 are not allowed.
Microstructure The control metal on volosovichi is made by the consumer in the finished product on the other 14-1-336-72.
Features of production Bars hot rolled and forged on the other 14-1-948-74 are supplied in heat treated condition with a hardness on the Brinell hardness of not more than 294 (indentation diameter not less than 3.55 mm). Depending on the purpose hot rolled and forged steel are divided into subgroups: a - for hot processing by pressure; "b" for cold machining. At the request of the enterprises of the aviation industry, specified in the order, the steel sub-group "a" supply plant "Dneprospetsstal" test on the residue in the hot state, up to 1/3 of the height. In upset samples should be free of tears and cracks. Bars with a diameter or a side of a square more than 80 mm on the hot draught can not be tested at the plant of the supplier, if the latter guarantees a positive result of this test from the consumer.
