According to TU 5.961-11255-84 the chemical composition is given for the brand 08H16N11M3-VD. For steel grades 08Х16Н11М3 and 08Х16Н11М3-Ш the results of As, Pb, Sn, Sb, Bi content are not delivery, but are entered in the quality document. At the request of the consumer, the cobalt content is Co≤0.030%.
According to TU 14-1-4453-88 the chemical composition is given for the brand 08H16N11M3-PD, melted in a plasma furnace with subsequent vacuum-arc remelting. Permissible deviations from the norms of chemical composition and mass fraction of residual elements in accordance with GOST 5632.
According to TU 14-1-3119-81 for steel grade 08H16N11M3, the zirconium content calculated and chemical analysis is not determined. The content of impurities of non-ferrous metals (tin, arsenic, lead, zinc, antimony, bismuth) should not exceed the 1 st point of a ten-point scale of spectral analysis. The content of residual elements in steel should be in accordance with GOST 5632.
