Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-5079-91 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 95Х6М3Ф3СТ (ЭК80). In the finished rolled steel, deviations in chemical composition are allowed: by carbon ± 0,020%, by silicon ± 0,050%, by chromium ± 0,10, by molybdenum ± 0,10%, by titanium + 0,050 / -0,020% in open smelting metal and - 0.10% in titanium in the metal of electroslag remelting. As a technological additive, it is allowed to introduce into the steel REM and calcium by calculation up to 0.040% of each. The content of REM and calcium by chemical analysis is not determined. The residual content in steel is allowed up to 0.60% tungsten. As agreed with the consumer, steel can be manufactured with a carbon content of 0.90-0.95% and 0.95-1.00%.
