Steel 5KH3V3MFS used: for the manufacture of heavily loaded forming tool (piercing and forming punches, matrices, etc.); instrument for landing on horizontal forging machines and inserts of dies strained structures, for hot volumetric deformation of structural steels and heat-resistant metals and alloys (instead of less heat-resistant steel grades 3Х2В8Ф and 4KH2V5MF). Most high hardenability and heat resistance of a steel brand 5ХЗВЗМФС.
