4KH4VMFS steel is used: for the manufacture of tools of high-speed punching machine, landing on horizontal forging machines; inserts of dies for hot deformation of alloy structural steel and heat-resistant alloys hammers and crank presses (instead of less heat-resistant steel grades 4KH5V2FS, 4KH5MF1S, 4KH3VMF); molds of pressure casting of copper alloys.
