Macrostructure and contamination The macrostructure of the steel on the other 14-1-1401-75 when checking for cross etched templeto should not have shrinkage looseness, cracks, bubbles, turns brown, inclusions and delaminations visible to the naked eye. Quality assessment of macrostructure is scored and must be: - on a point inhomogeneity ≤ 1.5 points; - the Central porosity ≤ 1.5 points; - phase separation in the square ≤ 2.0 points. Contamination of metal non-metallic inclusions should be (on the average score/maximum score): - sulphides With ≤ 2,0/3,0; - silicates SP ≤ 3,0/4,0; - silicates CX ≤ 3,0/5,0; - silicates SN ≤ 3,0/4,0; - oxides (OS, OT) ≤ 3,0/5,0. The macrostructure of the steel on the other 14-1-1992-76 in the delivery condition must have no cracks, gas bubbles, traces of shrinkage, inclusions and delaminations are visible to the naked eye. Layer-by-layer crystallization is not a rejection symptom. Under the control of the macrostructure on a cross templeto allowed: - on a point inhomogeneity ≤ 1.0 points; - the Central porosity ≤ 1.0 points; - phase separation in the square ≤ 1.0 points. Contamination of metal non-metallic inclusions should be (for maximum points): - sulphides With ≤ 1,0; - oxides of stroke OS ≤ 2,0; - oxides of point ≤ 2,0; - silicates fragile CX ≤ 2,0; silicates plastic SP ≤ 1,0; - silicates, non-deformed SN ≤ 1,0. The fragile silicates allows for a single attack with a score of no more than 3.0.
Features of production Bars of billets on the other 14-1-1401-75 are supplied in the annealed and peeled condition. The purity of roughing the surface should correspond to the 3 class according to GOST 2789 or agreed to by the parties, the standard of cleanliness of the surface with the heavy duty centerless grinding machines.
