This standard applies to cold rolled zinc sheets are General purpose, used in various industries.

The standard does not apply to zinc sheets for making current sources and for the printing industry.

1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. Sheets are produced in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

1.2. Basic parameters and dimensions

1.2.1. Tile dimensions and tolerances for thickness shall be as given in table.1.

1.2.2. The party is allowed 5% of the leaves from the mass party with a deviation of a thickness not exceeding double tolerance; must be thicker than 0.25 mm deviation in width and length by 10% up to 10% of the mass of the party.

1.3. Features

1.3.1. The leaves are made from zinc grades C0, C1 and C2 according to GOST 3640.

1.3.2. The surface of the sheets must be free from contamination, hinder visual inspection.

1.3.3. The leaves should be trimmed evenly and must not have significant burrs on the edges.

1.3.4. Features basic performance

1.3.4.1. The leaves produce normal accuracy in thickness, width and length.

Length, thickness, sheet width and tolerances for thickness, width and length normal accuracy shall be as given in claim 1.2.

1.3.4.2. On the surface of the sheet is not allowed defects: risks, dents, fingerprints from the rolls, bubbles, and others affecting the use of the leaves for assigning and deducing the leaves at reference sweep for tolerances for thickness.

Allowed traces of the technological lubricant.

1.3.4.3. Mainly cutting of sheets should not exceed the limit deviations on width and length of leaves.

1.3.5. Characteristics of performance that are installed at the customer’s request

1.3.5.1. Sheets with a width of 800−1000 mm and a thickness of 2,0; 2,5; 3,5 and 4,0 mm of high accuracy in thickness produce extreme deviations minus 0,20; 0,25; 0,30 and 0.30 mm, respectively.

Sheets with a thickness of 5.0 and 6.0 mm, used for the manufacture of anodes, high accuracy in thickness produce extreme deviations in thickness minus 0.30 mm.

1.3.5.2. Limit deviation high precision on width and length of sheets shall be as specified in table.3.

1.3.5.3. The surface of the sheets must be free from contamination. Allowed on the surface defects (scratches, dents, fingerprints from the rolls, bubbles, etc.), not affecting the use of the sheets on purpose and not bringing the leaves in the control sweep for half of limit deviations for thickness, as well as traces of the technological lubricant.

Requirements to the surface quality set by the approved samples.

1.3.5.4. The deviation from the flatness of the sheets not more than 20 mm per 1 m length.

1.3.5.5. Sheets up to 3 mm should withstand at least five bends when subjected to a bend.

1.3.5.6. Sheets with deviations in thickness, not exceeding double the tolerance in the amount of 5% by weight of the party are not allowed.

Sheets with a thickness of 0.25 mm with a variance in width and length by 10% in number 10% of the mass of the party are not allowed.

1.3.6. Characteristics of performance established by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer

1.3.6.1. The leaves are allowed to produce other sizes according to the thickness limit deviations for the next larger size given in table.1.

1.3.6.2. The leaves are allowed to produce other sizes in width and length, with maximum deviations in width and length and the requirements to the surface quality — by agreement of the parties.

1.4. Marking

1.4.1. At the end of each sheet must include:

trademark or name of the manufacturer and trademark;

brand of zinc;

batch number.

1.4.2. Each box must be marked according to GOST 14192 with the indication:

the trademark or name of the manufacturer and trademark;

legend sheet;

batch number;

gross mass and net.

1.4.3. Transport marking — according to GOST 14192 with the application of manipulation sign «Protect from moisture» and the batch number.

1.5. Packaging

1.5.1. The packaging should protect the plates from mechanical damage, moisture and active chemical substances.

As the transport containers used boxes type I-1, boxes type I-2 according to GOST 10198, boxes types II-1, II-2, III-2 according to GOST 2991 or other boxes according to normative-technical documentation with the standards of mechanical strength according to GOST 26838 and sizes in accordance with GOST 21140 and are lined with waterproof paper according to GOST 8828.

The gross mass of the box must not exceed 600 kg.

1.5.2. Cargo space has to enlarge in transport packets weighing up to 1250 kg churchyard 24597.

Allowed other ways and means of formation of packages according to normative-technical documentation with the requirements of GOST 26663, GOST 24597 and GOST 21650.

1.5.3. Packaging products in the far North and equated to them districts, — the churchyard 15846 in the group «Metals and metal products."

1.5.4. Each box must be attached to packing list stating:

the trademark or name of the manufacturer and trademark;

the legend sheets;

batch number.

1.5.5. Allowed the transport of sheets in the container without packing and without reloading on the way.

2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1. The leaves take parties. The party must consist of sheets of one brand of zinc of the same size and be accompanied by a document about quality that contains:

trademark or name of the manufacturer and trademark;

batch number;

the results of the tests (at the request of the consumer);

the symbol sheet;

the gross weight and net party.

The mass of the party must be not more than 9 t

2.2. Checking the width, length and surface condition subjected 1% of the leaves from the mass of the party, but not less than 10 sheets.

2.3. To control the thickness of the sheets selected from the party lists «blind» (by the greatest objectivity) according to GOST 18321.

Control plan — GOST 18242, level II — shared.

The number of controlled points on each selected sheet is determined depending on the total number of parcels with a length of 100 mm along the perimeter of the sheet at the table.5.

The length of the perimeter is not a multiple of 100 mm, the end section of a length less than 100 mm is taken for one site.

Selected leaves are considered to be valid if the number of measurement results do not comply with the limit deviations, given in table.1, less than the acceptance number given in table.5.

Allowed the manufacturer the quality control of the surface and the size of the sheet carried out in the manufacturing process while ensuring compliance with quality tiling to the requirements of this standard.

Allowed the manufacturer if unsatisfactory result, control of each sheet of the party.

2.4. To check the chemical composition is taken two leaves from the party. Allowed the manufacturer to verify chemical composition to acquire a sample from the liquid metal.

2.5. To check flatness select the leaves in an amount of 2% of the party.

2.6. Testing inflection take two sheets at a mass party of up to 5000 kg and five sheets over 5000 kg.

2.7. If unsatisfactory test results sheets at least one of the indicators of chemical composition, inflection, flatness, a second test of the doubled sample. The results of repeated testing are spreading to the entire party.

3. TEST METHODS

3.1. The inspection of the surface of the sheets is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.

3.2. Measurement of the thickness of the sheets is carried out at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the end and 25 mm from the edge of the sheet with a micrometer according to GOST 6507.

Allowed to the manufacturer in the production process to control the thickness of the sheets, other means of measurement, to ensure the necessary accuracy.

Control the thickness of the sheets is carried out with a given probability of 96% (ГОСТ 598-90 Листы цинковые общего назначения. Технические условия (с Изменением N 1)%).

The thickness of the sheets is measured on each selected sheet using the method of «blind» (maximum objectivity) according to GOST 18321.

The results of measuring the thickness of sheet and strip, do not correspond to the limit deviations, given in table.1, should not differ from the permissible by more than half of the tolerance field.

Measurement of the width and length of sheets is carried out with a ruler according to GOST 427 or measuring tape according to GOST 7502.

3.3. Determination of the chemical composition is carried out according to GOST 19251.0 — GOST 19251.6 or churchyard 17261 on the sample taken from each selected sheet according to GOST 24231.

If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 19251.0 — GOST 19251.6.

3.4. Flatness of sheets and cosine of the cut is determined according to GOST 26877.

3.5. For testing break take one sample from each of the tested sheet. The test bend is carried out according to GOST 13813.

3.6. Allowed by agreement between manufacturer and consumer to use statistical methods to control the width, length and surface quality.

3.7. Allowed manufacturer to use other testing methods, providing the required accuracy set out in this standard. If there is disagreement in the definition of the indicator monitoring is carried out by the method specified in the standard.

4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

4.1. Leaves transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species.

4.2. Sheets when shipping transporterowych in accordance with GOST 26653.

4.3. The leaves should be stored in covered premises. Transport and storage the sheets must be protected from mechanical damage, moisture and active chemical substances. Under these storage conditions, the properties of the sheets are not changed.
