2.8.6. Transport marking, site of application, method of execution of the transport marking, the method of attaching the label according to GOST 14192.
3. ACCEPTANCE
3.1. The leaves take parties. The party must consist of sheets of the same size, same accuracy, same brand lead and be accompanied by a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
designation sheets;
batch number;
the gross weight and net party;
the results of chemical composition control;
stamp of technical control Department.
3.2. To check the chemical composition of the selected one or two leaves from the party.
Allowed the manufacturer to chemical analysis sampling carried out by the molten metal.
3.3. Width, length, Squareness check for 20% of the leaves of 1000 kg or less.
3.4. To control the thickness of the sheets from the party is taken «blind» by the method of maximum objectivity, the sheets according to GOST 18321. Control plan — GOST 18242. The number of monitored sheets are selected in accordance with table.2.

The number of controlled points on each selected sheet is determined from the total number of parcels with a length of 1000 mm around the perimeter of the sheet at the table.3.

If the perimeter is not a multiple of 100 mm, the end section of a length less than 100 mm is taken for one site.
Torn leaves are considered to be valid if the number of measurement results that do not comply with the limit deviations, given in table.1, is less than the acceptance number given in table.3. If unsatisfactory results allowed the manufacturer to monitor each sheet of the party.
3.5. Checking the quality of the surface subjected to each sheet of the party.
3.6. If unsatisfactory validation results at least one indicator thereon, a second test at twice the sample taken from the same batch. The results of repeated testing are spreading to the entire party.
Upon receipt of unsatisfactory results, re-checking the width, length, Squareness from the manufacturer is allowed to control each sheet for the metric that you have received poor results.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. The surface of the test sheets without the use of magnifying devices.
4.2. The thickness of the sheets is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507, measuring the pressure head GOST 6933 or indicator according to GOST 9696.
The thickness of the sheets is measured at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the ends of the sheets, and at least 25 mm from the edge.
Allowed to measure the thickness of sheets not less than 20 mm from the end of the sheet.
Allowed from the manufacturer in the production process to control the thickness of the sheets, other means of measurement, to ensure the necessary accuracy.
The thickness of the sheets is controlled with a given probability of 96%.
The thickness of the sheets is measured at each of the selected sheets at points located uniformly randomly around the sheet.
The number of sheets in the batch () is calculated by the formula
,
where the weight of the batch, kg;
— thickness of sheet, mm;
— sheet width, mm;
— the length of leaves, mm.
— material density, g/cm.
Number of controlled sections in the list () is calculated by the formula
.
The results of measuring the thickness of the sheets that do not correspond to the limit deviations should not differ from the permissible by more than half of the tolerance field.
4.3. Measurement of width, length and Squareness of sheets is carried out with a metal ruler according to GOST 427 or metal measuring tape according to GOST 7502.
Squareness determined by the difference of the lengths of the diagonals.
4.3.1. Waviness measurement — GOST 26877.
4.4. Selection and preparation of samples for chemical analysis according to GOST 24231. Analysis of chemical composition — GOST 20580.0 — 20580.8 GOST, GOST 8857 or other methods providing the required accuracy. If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 20580.0 — 20580.8 GOST, GOST 8857.
To analyze the chemical composition of each selected sheet is cut on the same model.
5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Leaves transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species.
The transportation of sheets by railway transport is carried out in small, low-tonnage and carload shipments.
It is allowed to transport the sheets into containers according to GOST 18477 or according to normative-technical documentation, or carload shipments in the packaged form without packaging in boxes when there is no overload in the way. The leaves should be laid and reinforced so that they do not move during transportation.
5.2. The leaves are stored in covered premises.
During storage the sheets must be protected from moisture, mechanical damage and active chemicals.
Under specified storage conditions consumer properties of lead sheets in storage are not changed.
