(Changed edition, Rev. N 3, 4).
The legend is placed according to the scheme:
when the following abbreviations:
manufacturing method: cold-drawn — D;
sectional shape: round — CU;
accuracy of manufacturing: normal — N, high — P;
length: in rolls, coils — BT.
Example of designation of a wire of normal accuracy of manufacturing a diameter of 2.50 mm
Wire DCMH 2,50 BT C1 GOST 13073−77.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 3, 4).
1.2. The roundness of the wire must not exceed the limit deviation for diameter.
(Added, Rev. N 3).
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Wire produced in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
Wire should produce zinc brand of C1 with the chemical composition according to GOST 3640−79.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
2.2. The surface of the wire must be clean, non-oxidized, no cracks and delamination.
Allowed individual surface defects not present in the control wire Stripping for limit deviation for diameter. On the surface of the wire allowed the grease.
Customer’s request wire is covered with preservative grease.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 4).
2.3. (Deleted, Rev. N 3).
2.4. (Deleted. Izm. N 4).
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Wire take parties. The party should consist of wire of the same diameter, the same precision workmanship and must be issued a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
symbol wire;
the weight of the party;
batch number.
The weight of the batch shall not exceed 1000 kg.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 3).
3.2. Checking size and quality of the surface subjected to each coil of wire.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 3).
3.3. To check the chemical composition of the selected two rolls from each batch.
The manufacturer checks the chemical composition can produce by samples taken from the molten metal.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 3, 4).
3.4. If unsatisfactory results of the determination of the chemical composition of at least one sample, repeat the test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. Inspection of the wire surface is produced without the use of magnifying devices.
4.2. Determination of the diameter and ovality of wire produce in two mutually perpendicular directions of the same section of wire at the beginning, end and middle of the strand with a micrometer with scale interval of 0.01 mm according to GOST 6507−90.
Allowed to control the diameter of the wire other tool, to ensure appropriate measurement accuracy.
If there is disagreement in the determination of the wire diameter is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507−90.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
4.3. To determine the chemical composition of each selected coil cut on the same model. Selection and preparation of samples for the determination of chemical composition is carried out in the churchyard 24231−80.
The chemical composition of the wire is determined according to GOST 19251.0−79-GOST 19251.6−79 or other methods providing the required accuracy.
If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition wire analysis is carried out according to GOST 19251.0−79−19251.6 GOST-79.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. (Deleted, Rev. N 2).
5.1 a. Wire roll into skeins. Each skein must consist of one cut wire with a mass of not less than 25 lbs. are Allowed bundles of cut wire with a mass of not less than 10 kg not more than 10% of the batch weight. At the request of the consumer the maximum weight of a coil can be limited.
(Added, Rev. N 4).
5.2. The wire should be folded into skeins right separatornyi rows, without sharp bends, twists and knots.
5.3. Coils of wire in one batch should be connected to the Bay.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 4).
5.4. Each coil or coil if it is not connected to the Bay, should be tied evenly along the circumference in at least three places with wire diameter not less than 1 mm according to GOST 3282−74 with a twist of not less than 5 turns and Packed by nonwoven fabric or other types of packaging materials, ensuring the safety of products, with the exception of linen and cotton fabrics.
The field dressings should be strip of paper GOST 8273−75 GOST or 8828−90.
Allowed to use for ligation zinc wire with a diameter of not less than 1.5 mm without strip of paper in the field of ligation.
At the request of the consumer or the Bay of coils of wire packaged in water-proof paper according to GOST 9569−79 or GOST 8828−90, and then in packing material.
The outer diameter of the coils shall not exceed 1000 mm.
Packaging products in the far North regions and equated areas — according to GOST 15846−79, for sea transport — according to GOST 26653−90.
Weight of cargo must not exceed 80 kg, At mechanized loading and unloading is allowed weight of cargo space, more than 80 kg.
The package needs to be formed into transport packets in accordance with the requirements of GOST 24597−81 and GOST 26663−85. Packaging is carried out on the churchyard 9078−84 pallets or without pallets with the use of wooden bars of size not less than 50x50 mm. Weight of a transport package shall not exceed 1250 kg, height — 1350 mm. To ensure the safety of package during transportation and loading and unloading of the transport packets shall be sealed longitudinally and transversely strapping each row of packages wire diameter not less than 3 mm according to GOST 3282−74 with twisting wire ends at least five turns of tape dimensions not less than 0,3х30 mm according to GOST 3560−73, the bonding ends in the castle or using also packageable strop of wire with a diameter of not less than 5 mm according to GOST 3282−74 with a twist of not less than three turns. To ensure the stability of the packages when stacked load must be used auxiliary devices in accordance with the requirements of GOST 26663−85.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 4).
5.5. To each coil or coils must be attached to plywood or metal label, indicating the stamp of technical control:
the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
legend wire;
batch number.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 4).
5.5 a. Bay or coils of wire can be transported in universal containers according to GOST 20435−76 or GOST 22225−76, with each Bay or a coil of wire must be wrapped around the circumference in the paper GOST 8828−89 or churchyard 9569−79 and tied with wires of diameter not less than 0.5 mm according to GOST 3282−74 or synthetic twine in a spiral.
