6. REISSUE


This standard applies to hot-rolled anodes used for zinc plating of parts by electroplating.

Requirements PP.1.1, 1.2, 1.3.1, 1.4, 1.5, 4.1 and sec. 2 and 3 are mandatory.

1.TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. The anodes manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

The anodes are made from zinc grades C0, C1 and Ц1С with the chemical composition according to GOST 3640.

1.2. Basic parameters and dimensions

1.2.1. Dimensions and tolerances for thickness, width and length of anodes shall meet the requirements given in table.1.

1.2.2. Anodes are manufactured in multiples of 25 mm in width and 50 mm in length within the range given in table.1.

1.2.3. The party is allowed up to 10% of the anodes with extreme deviations in length and width ±10%.

1.3. Features

1.3.1. Mandatory

1.3.1.1. The thickness, width and length of the anode and limit deviations thereon shall be as given in claim 1.2.1.

1.3.1.2. The surface of the anodes should be free from contamination, hinder visual inspection. On the surface defects is not permitted, outputting the anode at reference sweep for tolerances for thickness.

Allowed waviness of the anodes.

1.3.1.3. The anodes should be evenly cut. Cut end Squareness, mm should take anodes for tolerances for width and length.

Permitted anodes with two uncut edges.

Allowed cracks at the edges within the tolerance width.

1.3.2. Performance at the customer’s request

1.3.2.1. The party is allowed a different number of anodes with the limit deviations on width and length ±10%, different from that given in claim 1.2.3.

1.3.2.2. The requirements for surface quality are placed on the samples approved in the established order.

1.3.3. The agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer

1.3.3.1. Anodes can be made of an intermediate thickness with maximum deviations for the next greater thickness shown in table.1.

1.3.3.2. Anodes can be manufactured with extreme deviations in thickness other than shown in table.1.

1.3.3.3. Anodes can be made of a width and a length other than shown in table.1.

1.3.3.4. Anodes can be manufactured with the ratio of width and length different from the given in claim 1.2.2.

1.3.3.5. Anodes can be made of zinc with a chemical composition differing from that given in claim 1.3.1.

1.4. Marking

1.4.1. Each anode shall be embossed or painted, do not wash off with water

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

brand of zinc;

the thickness of the anode.

1.4.2. Transport labeling shall be made according to GOST 14192 with the application of a further batch number.

Method of application transport marking — according to GOST 14192.

1.4.3. On each package shall be marked:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

designation of the anode;

stamp of technical control;

the net weight of the batch;

batch number.

1.5. Packaging

1.5.1. Transporterowych anodes without packing.

At the request of the consumer and for the rail transport small shipments anodes are Packed in boxes according to GOST 2991, GOST 16511 or crates according to GOST 12082, or other boxes of normative-technical documents with dimensions according to GOST 21140 and norms of mechanical strength according to GOST 26838.

1.5.2. Weight of package must not exceed 80 kg.

When mechanized loading and unloading is allowed weight of cargo space, more than 80 kg.

Consolidation packages to transport packages weighing up to 1250 kg is carried out in accordance with GOST 26663.

Overall dimensions of the packages according to GOST 24597. Framing is carried out on pallets according to GOST 9557 or without pallets using wooden bars 50x50 mm. For binding use wire according to GOST 3282, the tape according to GOST 3560, or other methods and means of formation of packages according to normative-technical documentation with the requirements of GOST 24597, GOST 21650 and GOST 26663.

1.5.3. Packaging of anodes in the far North regions or equated areas — according to GOST 15846.

Preparation of anodes for marine transportation — according to GOST 26653.

2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1. Anodes accept consignments weighing not more than 25000 kg.

The party should consist of anodes of the same size and one brand of zinc and decorated with a single document about quality that contains:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

designation of the anode;

batch number;

the weight of the party.

2.2. To control the quality of the surface and the dimensions of the anodes used single-stage normal sampling plan for the alternative characteristic in accordance with GOST 18242, with the acceptance level of defects is 2.5%. The sampling plan given in table.2. The selection of anodes in the sample is carried out «blindly» (by the greatest objectivity) according to GOST 18321.

The party is considered to be non-compliant table.1, PP.1.2.4, 1.3.2, 1.3.4.2, 1.3.5.2, if the number of defective anodes in the sample is greater than or equal to the acceptance number given in table.2.

Note. If the lot size does not exceed 5 anodes, each check is subjected to anode.


Allowed the manufacturer the quality control of the surface and the dimensions of the anodes to carry out the manufacturing process while ensuring the quality of the anodes with the requirements of this standard.

2.3. To determine the chemical composition of the anode is taken three or three boxes from the party. From each selected box take one anode. Allowed the manufacturer to carry out the sampling from the molten metal.

2.4. If unsatisfactory results of chemical analysis it conducted a re-test at twice the sample.


The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

3. CONTROL METHODS

3.1. The inspection of the surface of the anodes is carried out without the use of magnifying devices. The quality control of the surface is performed with a probability of 97.5%.

3.2. The thickness of the anode is measured at a distance of not less than 15 mm from edges and not less than 100 mm from a corner of the anode caliper according to GOST 166 or micrometer according to GOST 6507. The width and length of the anodes is measured by the measuring ruler according to GOST 427.

Control the size of anodes is carried out with a given probability of 97.5%. Allowed the manufacturer to control the dimensions of the anodes of the other measurement tools ensuring required accuracy. If there are differences in the controls carried out by the statistical technique.

3.3. To determine the chemical composition of each selected anode take one sample. Sampling — according to GOST 24231.

Analysis of the chemical composition of the anodes is carried out according to GOST 19251.1 — 19251.6 GOST and GOST 17261 or other methods of equal precision specified.

Allowed to analyze the chemical composition of the anodes by other methods of equal precision specified.

The differences in the evaluation of the chemical composition analysis of chemical composition carried out in the churchyard 19251.1 -GOST 19251.6.

3.4. Cosine of the cut test according to GOST 26877.

4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

4.1. Anodes transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to transportation of this species.

4.2. Anodes should be kept indoors. When storing the anodes shall be protected from mechanical damage, moisture and exposure to active chemical substances.

Under these conditions the properties of anodes are not changed.
