Fe is the basis.
According to TU 108-765-78 the chemical composition is given for steel 15Х2НМФА.
According to TU 0893-013-00212179-2003 the chemical composition is given for 15Х2НМФА steel.
For steel 15Х2НМФА-А the content of Sn≤0.005%, Sb≤0.005%, Cu≤0.10%, S≤0.012%, P≤0.010%, As≤0.010%.
For steel 15Х2НМФА Class I, the content of Sn≤0.005%, Sb≤0.005%, Ni = 1.00-1.30%, Cu≤0.08%, S≤0.012%, P≤0.010%, As≤0.010%.
The total content of phosphorus, tin and antimony in the steel grades 15Х2НМФА-А and 15Х2НМФА class I should not be more than 0,015%.
When melting the steels in the main arc furnace and when processing on the OVPV, vanadium is introduced at the rate of 0.10%; when steel is smelted in an arc furnace for refilling ingots with a mass of more than 130 tons, vanadium is introduced at the rate of 0.12%. The vanadium content is determined in the ladle sample, the results are recorded in the quality document and are not delivery.
The total content of sulfur and phosphorus in steel 15Х2НМФА, processed on OSRV, should be no more than 0,020%, in steel 15Х2НМФА -А and in steel 15Х2НМФА class I - no more than 0,015%.
The aluminum content in the steel is determined, the results are recorded in the quality document and are not delivery.
