Weldability | Good weldability. Welding methods: RDS and ADS under gas protection. Recommended heating and subsequent heat treatment. |
Features of heat treatment | Products hromonikelevoj steel stabilized with titanium, to remove residual stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking may be subjected to heat treatment according to the requirement stipulated in the draft mode which should be agreed with specialized organization. Steel products are subjected to hardening in order to improve the overall corrosion resistance and ductility, to eliminate the tendency to intergranular corrosion. Casting of steel 12H18N12M3TL should be quenched from 1100-1150 °C, cooling in water, oil or air. The holding time at the heating for hardening to products with a wall thickness up to 10 mm - 30 min, over 10 mm - 20 min + 1 min per 1 mm maximum thickness. |
