Description
Alloy ASM is used: for bimetallic strip steel by rolling and subsequent punching of liners with a thickness of friction layer is less than 0.5 mm.
Note
The recommended modes of operation:
— load ≤ 19,5 Mn/m2 (200 kg/cm2);
— sliding speed ≤ 10 m/s;
— temperature ≤ 100 °C;
— recommended shaft hardness ≥ 250 HB.
On an antifriction layer of articles coated with a soft metal or a polymer antifriction coating thickness of from 0.003 to 0.03 mm. permitted by agreement with the consumer in technically justified cases to cover the product with a soft metal or polymer coating.
