Description
Alloy AO9−2 is used: for castings monometallic liners and sleeves.
Note
The recommended modes of operation:
— load ≤ 24,5 Mn/m2 (250 kgf/cm2);
— sliding speed ≤ 15 m/s;
— temperature ≤ 100 °C;
— recommended shaft hardness ≥ 250 HB.
On an antifriction layer of articles coated with a soft metal or a polymer antifriction coating thickness of from 0.003 to 0.03 mm. permitted by agreement with the consumer in technically justified cases to cover the product with a soft metal or polymer coating.
