This standard covers Nickel hot-rolled sheets and hot rolled and cold rolled strips, used in various industries.
Requirements PP. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3.1, 1.4, 1.5 and sec. 2, 3, 4 are required. The remaining requirements of this standard are recommended.
1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1.1. Sheets and strips are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
Sheets and strips made from Nickel grades NP1, NP2, and NP4 refinery according to GOST 492.
1.2. Basic parameters and dimensions
1.2.1. Thickness and width hot rolled sheets and tolerances for thickness shall be as given in table.1.

1.2.3. The length of the sheets should be 500−2000 mm.
Sheets are produced measuring multiples of 100 mm and random length.
Maximum deviations along the length of the leaves dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed minus 20 mm.

1.2.6. Length of hot-rolled strips should be 400−2000 mm.

1.2.9. Length of cold rolled strips should be equal 400−2000 mm. cold Rolled strip is manufactured dimensional dimensional and random length. Limit deviations for the length of the strip should not exceed minus 10 mm.

1.3. Features
As material cold-rolled strip made of soft and hard.
Sheets and strip, should be trimmed evenly. The surface of the plates and strips must be free from contamination, hinder visual inspection.
1.3.1. Mandatory
1.3.1.1. The thickness, width and length sheets and strips and limit deviations thereon shall be as given in PP. 1.2.1−1.2.9.
1.3.1.2. On the surface defects is not permitted, outputting sheets and strips at reference sweep for tolerances for thickness.
On the surface of hot-rolled sheets and strips, in addition, allowed slight seam of the scale, not outputting the sheets and strip at reference sweep for tolerances for thickness.
Allowed on the surface of cold rolled strips of local darkening, color tint and traces of unburned lubricant.
1.3.1.3. Sheets and strips shall not have bundles.
1.3.1.4. Cut end Squareness, mm must not exceed the limit deviations on width and length of sheets (bands).
1.3.2. Performance at the customer’s request
1.3.2.1. Hot-rolled sheets and strips are manufactured from 1993 with a more stringent limit deviations on thickness are given in table.1 and 4.
1.3.2.2. A hot-rolled strip manufactured from 1993 with a more stringent limit deviations on width are given in table.4.
1.3.2.3. Sheets and strips should not be wavy, wrinkled and ragged edges and burrs on the edge.
1.3.2.4. Soft strip shall withstand the bend test cold 180° around a mandrel with a radius of curvature equal to the thickness of the band; without the formation of traces of tears and cracks.
1.3.2.5. The requirements for surface quality are placed on the samples approved in the established order.
1.3.2.6. Camber of cold rolled strips should not exceed 3 mm per 1 m length.
1.3.2.7. Mechanical properties of sheets and strips shall be as given in table. 7.

1.3.3. The agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer
1.3.3.1. Sheets and strips are allowed to produce intermediate sizes in thickness and width with the limit deviations for the next larger size listed in the table. 1−6.
1.3.3.2. Sheets and strip, allowed to produce extreme deviations in thickness and width, different from the shown in table. 1−6.
1.3.3.3. Hot-rolled sheets and strips are made of thickness greater than 20 mm without trimming, the maximum deviation in thickness is determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
1.3.3.4. Sheets and strip, allowed to produce with the quality requirements for the edges and camber, different from the in PP.
1.3.3.5. Sheets and strip, allowed to produce the requirements for surface quality, different from that given in section
1.3.3.6. Sheets and strip, allowed to produce Nickel with a chemical composition that is different from that given in paragraph 1.1.
1.3.3.7. Sheets and strip, allowed to produce mechanical properties that are different from the ones shown in table. 7.
1.3.3.8. The values for extrusion depth when testing on the hood of spherical wells may differ from those shown in table. 7.
1.3.3.9. Test requirements for bending soft bands may differ from those given in section
1.4. Marking
1.4.1. At the end of each sheet (strip) shall be stamped or paper label applied:
trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;
mark Nickel;
batch number.
1.4.2. Transport marking under GOST 14192 with the application of a further batch number. Method of application transport marking — according to GOST 14192.
1.4.3. On each package shall be marked:
trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;
the symbol sheet (strip);
batch number;
the mass of the party.
1.5. Packaging
Sheets and strips are Packed in boxes type V-VIII according to GOST 2991.
Weight of cargo must not exceed 500 kg.
Allowed the transport of sheets and strips without packaging in containers according to the GOST and GOST 22225 15102.
The cargo space is enlarged into transport packets in accordance with GOST 24597 and GOST 26663.
As means of forming the package, apply the tape according to GOST 3560, wire churchyard 3282, pallets according to GOST 9557 other ways and means of formation of packages according to normative-technical documentation with the requirements of GOST 26663, GOST 24597, GOST and GOST 21650 23238.
Weight of cargo space in boxcars not to exceed 1250 кг.
Packaging products in far North regions or equated areas — according to GOST 15846.
Preparation of sheets and strips for carriage by sea transport — according to GOST 26653.
2. ACCEPTANCE
2.1. Sheets and strip, take parties. The party should consist of sheets and strips of the same size, one material condition and one brand of Nickel and is decorated with a single document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
the symbol sheets (strips);
batch number;
the results of the tests;
the weight of the party;
the number of packages.
The weight of the batch should not exceed 2500 kg.
2.2. To control the surface quality and dimensions of sheets and strips used single-stage normal sampling plan for the alternative characteristic in accordance with GOST 18242 with the acceptance level of defects is 4%.

Note. If the quantity does not exceed three folios (pages), then the test is subjected to each sheet (strip).
The selection of sheets and strips in the sample is carried out at a table. 8 «blindly» (by the greatest objectivity) according to GOST 18321 number of sheets (pages) in the party and the number of controlled sections on one sheet (strip) is carried out according to the formulas given in section 3.2. The sampling plan given in table. 9.

The number of controlled points on each selected sheet (strip) is determined depending on the total number of parcels with a length of 100 mm along the perimeter of the sheet (strip) in accordance with the table. 9. If the perimeter is not a multiple of 100 mm, the end section of a length less than 100 mm is taken for one site.
Controlled sheet (strip) is considered usable if the number of measurements that meet the requirements of PP. 1.2, 1.3,
If unsatisfactory results of measuring at least one of the controlled sheets (strips) the batch is rejected.
Allowed the manufacturer the quality control of the surface and the sizes of sheets and bands carried out in the manufacturing process.
Allowed the manufacturer if unsatisfactory result to hold total control.
2.3. For testing bending, camber and cosine Reza take away four lanes from the party.
2.4. Testing hood spherical dimples are selected from the party four soft strips of thickness 1.0 and 1.2 mm.
2.5. The chemical composition determined on four sheets (pages) of the party. Allowed the manufacturer to carry out the sampling from the molten metal.
2.6. If unsatisfactory test results tensile, bending, squeezing and chemical analysis, control of the width, length and surface quality, a second test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch. The results of repeated testing are spreading to the entire party.
3. CONTROL METHODS
3.1. Surface inspection of plates and strips is carried out without the use of magnifying devices. The surface quality control is carried out with probability of 96%.
3.2. Thickness measurement is carried out at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the vertex of the angle and not less than 10 mm from the edge of the sheet (strip) using a micrometer according to GOST 6507 or thickness gauge according to GOST 11358.
Control of sizes of sheets and strips is carried out with a given probability of 96%. The results of measuring the sizes of sheets and strips that do not meet the requirements of table. 1−6, should be permitted from more than half of the tolerance field.

Measurement of the width and length sheets and strips spend tape according to GOST 7502 or ruler according to GOST 427.
Allowed the manufacturer to control the sizes of sheets and strips other measurement tools ensuring required accuracy. If there are differences in the controls carried out by the statistical technique.
3.3. For the tensile test from each selected sheet or strip cut one sample in the direction of rolling. Selection of samples for tensile tests carried out according to GOST 24047.
Tensile tests carried out according to GOST 1497 on samples of type I or II with the initial calculated specimen length mm (initial cross-sectional area of the sample) and a width of 20 mm with the thickness of the sheets and strips 7 mm or less and a width of 30 mm with thickness of sheets and bands of 8.0 mm and more.
3.4. Camber and cosine of the cut is determined according to GOST 26877.
3.5. For bend test from each selected strip cut one sample in the direction of rolling. The bend test is carried out according to GOST 14019.
3.6. Testing extrude selected from each strip cut one sample. Test by squeezing is carried out according to GOST 10510.
3.7. To determine the chemical composition of each selected strip or sheet cut out one sample GOST 24231.
Chemical composition is determined by GOST 13047.1 — 13047.4 GOST, GOST 13047.6, 13047.7 GOST, GOST 13047.14, 13047.17 GOST, GOST 13047.18, GOST 6689.1 — 6689.22 GOST, GOST 6012.
Allowed to carry out chemical analysis other accelerated methods, not inferior to the accuracy specified. If there is disagreement monitoring is carried out according to GOST 13047.1 — 13047.4 GOST, GOST 13047.6, 13047.7 GOST, GOST 13047.14, 13047.17 GOST, GOST 13047.18, GOST 6689.1 — 6689.22 GOST, GOST 6012.
3.8. Allowed the manufacturer to use other methods of control, providing the required accuracy.
4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
4.1. Sheets and strip transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to transportation of this species.
Leaves and stripes are kept indoors.
4.2. Transporting products to far North regions and equated areas — according to GOST 15846.
4.3. When storing sheets and strips shall be protected from mechanical damage, moisture and exposure to active chemical substances. Under these conditions, the properties of sheets (bands) do not change.
