1 Scope
This standard extends on a round wire from Nickel and siliceous Nickel, used in electronics and other industries.
The standard specifies the dimensions, technical requirements, acceptance rules, methods of control and testing, packaging, labeling, transportation and storage of the wire.

3 Terms and definitions
This standard applies the following terms with respective definitions:
3.1 wire: Prefabricated with a cross section of constant size, rolled into the Bay or wound into a coil, manufactured by rolling, pressing or drawing.
3.2 ovality (deviation from circular shape): Difference between the largest and smallest values of the diameters measured at one cross section perpendicular to the axis of the wire.
3.3 Bay: Cut product wound into a series of continuous turns right separatornyi rows, without sharp bends.
3.4 dent: Local deepening of various sizes and shapes with sloping edges.
3.5 shell: the deepening on the surface of the product from the chipping of impurities.
3.6 a crack: a Defect of a surface, representing a rupture of the metal.
3.7 stratification: the discontinuity of metal, oriented along the direction of deformation.
3.8 risk: a Longitudinal indentations or protrusions on the surface of products of different length in the warp direction.
3.9 color tint: defect of a surface represents oxidized portions in the form of spots and stripes of various colors and shapes with smooth surface and formed as a result of a breach of the modes of heat treatment and etching.
3.10 captivity: a Defect in the form of delamination, often azkabanu shape, elongated in the direction of the lug and United with the base metal on one side.
3.11 scratch: the surface defects in the form of indentations of irregular shape and an arbitrary direction, the resulting mechanical damage, including during storage and transportation.
3.12 strain: Defect surface in the form of local non-through gaps located transversely or at an angle to the direction of rolling, pressing or drawing, formed as a result of disclosure of internal discontinuities of metal or of a violation of the modes of heat treatment and deformation.
4 Assortment
4.1 the diameter of the wire and limit deviation should comply with the specified values in table 1.

4.2 out-of-Roundness of the wire must not exceed the limit deviation for diameter.
4.3 Wire is delivered in Hanks, coils or on reels.

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Wire produced in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
Wire made from Nickel grades NP1, NP2, NP3, NP4, and siliceous Nickel brand NK0,2 with the chemical composition according to GOST 492; brand NP2JE Nickel and siliceous Nickel brand NK0,2JE with the chemical composition according to GOST 19241.
5.2 as metal wire should be made:
— with a diameter of 0.09 mm or less — hard (hard);
— with a diameter of 0.09 mm of St — soft (annealed) and hard (work-hardened).
5.3 the surface of the wire should be smooth and clean, free from contamination, hindering its inspection, not to have captivity, sinks, cracks, scratches, scratches, delaminations, and dents.
Slight individual surface defects in the form of a prisoner, scratches, and scratches, not bringing the wire for the limit deviations of the diameter, traces of lubricant on solid wire, color tint and traces of chalky deposits on soft wire.
Notes
1 At the customer’s request wire diameter from 0.1 to 0.8 mm can be manufactured with high purity surface. Surface condition is determined by the samples, agreed in the prescribed manner.
2 At the request of the consumer on the surface of the wire is not allowed traces of grease, color tint and traces of chalk residue.
5.4 Mechanical properties the wire shall conform to the values specified in table 2.

5.5 Requirements for the microstructure (grain size) is determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
5.6 the mass of the segment wire in Hank or on a spool in Appendix B.
6 acceptance Rules
6.1 Wire take parties. The party should consist of wire of one method and precision manufacturing, one state, one diameter shall be furnished in one document about quality that contains:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the name of the country of manufacture;
— legal address of the manufacturer and/or seller;
— designation of wire;
— the batch number;
the weight of the party;
the results of the test;
— chemical composition (according to customer’s demands);
— the number of seats.
The weight of the batch shall be not more than 1000 kg.
6.2 surface Quality and dimensions of the test wire on each reel or coil.
To control the size and surface quality of wire used in single-stage normal sampling plan for the alternative characteristic in accordance with GOST 18242, with the acceptance level of defects is 2.5%. The sampling plan given in table 3. Selection of wire in the sample is carried out «blindly» (by the greatest objectivity) according to GOST 18321.

Party is considered valid if the number of coils (coils) with measurements that do not match the requirements of tables 1 and 5.3, less than the acceptance number given in table 3.
6.3 To check the mechanical properties and to control the microstructure of the wire of the party take 5% skeins or coils, but not less than three skeins or coils.
Control of the microstructure of the wire is carried out at the request of the consumer.
6.4 To determine the chemical composition of the wire material from the party taken 1% skeins or coils. But at least two skeins or coils.
On the manufacturer to determine the chemical composition may be performed sampling from the molten metal or ingots from each heat.
6.5 If unsatisfactory test results of wire on at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
7 Methods of inspection and testing
7.1 visual examination of the wire surface is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.
7.2 Wire diameter 0.16 mm or above measured in two mutually perpendicular directions of the same cross-section in at least two different parts with micrometers churchyard 6507, GOST 4381 or other devices that provide the necessary measurement accuracy.
Wire diameter from 0.03 to 0.15 mm inclusive, it is allowed to determine the weighting of segments of the wire length of 200 mm in the balance with a weighing error of no more than 1%.
For the final test result take the average of results of five weighings.
The mass of the segment wire length of 200 mm must meet the requirements specified in Annex V.
If there is disagreement in the definition of diameter is measured by micrometer according to GOST 6507, GOST 4381.
7.3 For the tensile test from each selected coil or coils cut out of the same mold.
The selection and preparation of the samples is carried out according to GOST 24047.
Test wire tensile is carried out according to GOST 10446.
7.4 To determine the chemical composition of each selected winding (coil) are cut on the same model. Selection and preparation of samples for the determination of chemical composition is carried out according to GOST 24231.
The chemical composition of the wire is determined according to GOST 25086, 6689.1 GOST — GOST 6689.22 or other methods providing the required accuracy. If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 25086,6689.1 GOST — GOST 6689.22.
7.5 the grain Size is determined according to GOST 21073.0, GOST 21073.1.
7.6 the results of the measurements are rounded according to the rounding rules established in ST SEV 543.
8 Packing, marking, transportation and storage
8.1 Wire diameter less than 0.50 mm is wound onto the coil, with a diameter of 0.50 mm or more — are rolled into coils.
Customer’s request soft wire with a diameter of from 0.50 to 0.80 mm inclusive is wound on the coil.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer soft wire with a diameter of more than 0.80 to 1.00 mm inclusive, it is allowed to be wound on the coil.
8.2 the Wire shall be rolled into tight coils or wound on a coil right separatornyi rows, without excesses. The coils of wire on a reel or coil must not stick together.
The wire ends should be firmly fixed with the free finding the external end and the free unwinding of the wire.
8.3 Each coil or reel shall consist of one piece of wire without splices and knots.
8.4 Each skein shall be tied with mild steel wire of diameter not less than 0.35 mm according to GOST 3282 in at least two places symmetrically around the circumference of the roll with the twisting of the ends of the wire at least three turns.
8.5 Skeins of wire for the same party are tied in the Bay.
8.6 Each coil shall be securely tied with wires of diameter not less than 1 mm Pogost 3282 in at least three places evenly around the circumference of the Bay with a strip of paper according to GOST 8273 in the field of dressing with twisting wire ends at least five turns.
8.7 For each coil, or coils, if it is not connected to the Bay, should be labeled, and on each reel shall be pasted label with the indication on them:
— trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the name of the country of manufacturer;
— the legend of the wire;
— batch number;
— stamp of technical control.
8.8 Solid wire of diameter 1 mm or less, and the soft wire of 2 mm diameter and less shall be Packed in solid wooden boxes of types I, II, III according to GOST 2991 or wooden boxes and metal box pallets according to the technical documentation, covered with parchment paper according to GOST 8273, GOST 8828 or cardboard according to GOST and GOST 9347 9421.
Dimensions of boxes — GOST 21140.
8.9 Solid wire with a diameter of over 1 mm, and soft wire with a diameter of over 2 mm should be wrapped around the circumference of a coil or the Bay of nonwoven material for technical documentation, or other types of packaging materials, ensuring the safety of products, with the exception of linen and cotton fabrics, and tied with wires of diameter not less than 0.5 mm according to GOST 3282 or synthetic twine (spirals).
The outer diameter of a coil or Bay should be no more than 1000 mm.
8.10 Weight of cargo must not exceed 80 kg.
8.11 In agreement with the consumer allowed to use other boxes and other dressings and packing materials, strength is not inferior to the above and ensure quality safety of products.
8.12 Cargo space needs to be formed into transport packets in accordance with the requirements of GOST 24597 and GOST 26663 on pallets according to GOST 9078 and GOST 9557. The formation of the packages from the bins can without pallets with the use of wooden bars of size not less than 50x50 mm.
To ensure the safety of package during transportation and loading and unloading of the transport packets shall be sealed transversely and longitudinally with the rail of each of a number of packages wire diameter not less than 3.0 mm according to GOST 3282 with twisting wire ends at least five turns of tape dimensions not less than 0,3х30 mm according to GOST 3560, the bonding ends of the castle.
The mass transport packages must not exceed 1250 kg.
To ensure the stability of the packages when stacked on top of the download package must be installed shield or other device.
8.13 Bay or Coils of wire can be transported in universal containers according to GOST 20435 or GOST 22225 or box pallets according to the technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of GOST 9570 without packing in boxes, with each coil or coil of solid wire of diameter 1.0 mm or less, and soft wire with a diameter of 2 mm and less should be wrapped around the circumference in the paper according to GOST GOST 8828или 9569 and tied with wires of diameter not less than 0.5 mm according to GOST 3282 spiral.
Hanks Bay or solid wire with a diameter of more than 1 mm, and soft wire with diameter more than 2 mm can be transported in universal containers and closed box pallets without packaging in packaging materials; closed pallet box should be lined with paper according to GOST 8828 or GOST 9569.
8.14 Packaging of products sent to the far North or remote areas, — according to GOST 15846, group «Metals and metal products."
8.15 During transportation in railway containers, bays, loops or coils of wire needs to be laid and strengthened in such a way as to prevent their movement in the container during transportation.
8.16 In each box or container must be attached to the packing slip, containing:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the name of the country of manufacture;
— designation of wire;
— the batch number;
— the net weight;
— gross mass;
— the number of the packer.
8.17 Transport marking under GOST 14192 with the application of manipulation sign «Protect from moisture».
8.18 Wire transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species. During transportation by railway transport — small and light shipments.
8.19 the Wire should be stored in covered premises. When storing and transporting the wire should be protected from mechanical damage, moisture and active chemical substances.
The consumer wire should be kept in stock in the manufacturer’s packaging for at least two days to equalize the temperature of the wire to the room temperature. After this period, the wire needs to be unpacked.
Under specified conditions of transportation and storage of consumer properties of the wire do not change.
