3. The content of impurities of iron, sulfur, Nickel, zinc, aluminium provided by manufacturing technology.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3, 4).
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Solders tin-lead ingots are made in accordance with the requirements of this standard technological instruction, duly approved.
The chemical composition of the alloys shall conform to the requirements of the table.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2).
2.2. Form ingots of alloys of all grades is given in Annex 3. The size of pigs, listed in Annex 3 provided for the design and manufacturing of molds.
Permissible deviations on dimensions of the mould must correspond to the 13 class of accuracy according to GOST 26645.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 4).
2.3 Surface pigs should not have slag and other foreign inclusions. Allowed the presence of the shrinkage cavities and cracks.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
2.4. Physico-mechanical properties of solders is given in Appendix 1.
2.5. The field of preferential application of solders is given in Appendix 2.
Sec. 2A (Deleted, Rev. N 3).
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Solders take parties. Each batch shall consist of ingots of one brand and one bathing suit. The weight of the batch is not limited.
Each batch of ingots is accompanied by a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
the symbol of the solder;
the results of chemical analysis or conformance quality of the solder to the requirements of this standard;
batch number;
the net weight in kilograms;
the date of manufacture.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2, 3).
3.2. Visual inspection is subjected to each pig of the party.
3.3. To control the chemical composition of the solders of the party are selected every fiftieth pig, but at least five pigs.
On the manufacturer allowed the verification of the chemical composition carried out on the sample taken from the molten metal at the beginning, middle and end of the spill bottoms.
Control the content of impurities of iron, sulfur, Nickel, zinc and aluminium in solders of all brands the manufacturer spends in the manufacturing process.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2, 3).
3.4. If unsatisfactory validation results of the chemical composition, a second test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. Control of the surface of ingots produced by visual inspection.
4.2. Sampling — according to GOST 24231. Shavings, taken from all pigs, crushed to particle size of not more than 5 mm without control sifting, mix thoroughly and reduce kvantovanie to laboratory samples weighing 200 g
The laboratory sample is melted in a crucible and pound on the belting to a particle size of not more than 2 mm, mixed and treated with a magnet. The laboratory sample is divided into two parts: one part is sent for chemical analysis, a different save in case of differences in the assessment of the quality of the party.
Samples from liquid metal taken in the form splenic and rods of diameter 8 mm, length 75 mm.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2, 3, 4).
4.3. Shavings of solders containing over 2.5% antimony, sifted through mesh No. 08 according to GOST 6613 to determine the fine fraction. The result of the analysis of take estimates of the results of the analysis of both factions.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2).
4.4. The chemical composition of the solders is determined according to GOST 1429.0 — GOST 1429.15 or other methods providing the required accuracy.
The differences in the evaluation of the chemical composition of solders determination is carried out according to GOST 1429.0 — GOST 1429.11.
