Fe is the basis.
According to TU 0941-096-01124323-2007 the mass fraction of oxygen should not exceed 40 ppm. The mass fraction of hydrogen in liquid steel before casting should not exceed 0.0002% (2.0 ppm).
According to GOST 398-2010 the total share of sulfur and phosphorus in steel should not exceed 0.040%. The total content of chromium and nickel in the steel should be at least 0.30%. In the bandages, the maximum deviations in the chemical composition are permissible: carbon + 0.030 / -0.020, manganese + 0.050 / -0.030, silicon + 0.030 / -0.020, chromium +0.020, vanadium + 0.010%, phosphorus +0.0050% , in the sulfur +0.0050%.
