Description

110Х18М steel is used: for the manufacture of precision instrument bearings with specified size of the carbides having a high degree of reliability and durability and providing stable output characteristics of products during long-term operation.

Macrostructure and contamination The macrostructure of the steel on the other 14-19-24-87 should not have shrinkage, porosity, subcortical bubbles, cracks and foreign metal and slag inclusions, brown, bundles, placenow visible without using the magnifying devices. Allowable defects of the macrostructure should not exceed the Central porosity, point heterogeneity, liquation 1 points. Micropozzetti not allowed.

Features of production Bars on the other 14-19-24-87 supplied in the annealed condition with hardness not exceeding 269 HB (indentation diameter not less than 3.7 mm). Annealing steel with special surface finish produced in the workpiece by grinding. The manufacturer is entitled to ensure in steel with special surface finish hardness in the delivery condition in accordance with the requirements of TU 14-19-24-87 without holding control.
