Designation
Description
Alloy ХН43БМТЮ used: for the production of long products, hot and cold rolled sheet, forgings intended for fabrication of oil and gas and chemical industry and power engineering.
Standards
Chemical composition
Ni is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-3617-83 the chemical composition is given for alloys of grades ХН43БМТЮ-ВД (ЭП915-ВД) and ХН43БМТЮ-ИД (ЭП915-ИД). Cerium and calcium are administered by calculation and chemical analysis is not determined.
According to TU 14-1-4155-86 the chemical composition is given for alloys of grades ХН43БМТЮ-ВД (ЭП915-ВД) and ХН43БМТЮ-ИД (ЭП915-ИД). Cerium and calcium are introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis is not determined. In the finished metal, deviations in chemical composition are allowed: for carbon ± 0.010%, for molybdenum +0.20%, for titanium ± 0.10%. The permissible residual copper content is not more than 0.25%, tungsten - not more than 0.20%. Calcium is introduced into the metal when melting in open furnaces.
