Designation GOST Cyrillic ХН33БС
Designation GOST Latin XH33BC
Transliteration HN33BS
The chemical elements CrNi33BePb

Description

Alloy ХН33БС applied: exploitation in the form of the reaction tubes in installations for the production of methanol and ammonia and operating at temperatures up to +960 °C and an operating pressure of 3.92 N/mm2.

Note

High-temperature chromium-Nickel alloy based on iron.

Standards

Name Code Standards
Pipes steel and connecting parts to them В62 TU 14-1-5581-2009

Chemical composition

Standard C S P Mn Cr Si Ni Fe Cu As Al V Ti Mo Zn Sn Pb Nb W Ce Co
TU 14-1-5581-2009 0.3-0.4 ≤0.02 ≤0.025 0.8-1.45 20-23 0.45-0.95 30-33 The rest ≤0.2 ≤0.01 0.0005-0.1 0.0005-0.15 0.0005-0.15 ≤0.25 ≤0.01 ≤0.01 ≤0.01 1-1.7 0.05-0.2 0.07-0.11 ≤0.1
Fe is the basis.
To TU 14-1-5581-2009 Simultaneously two obligatory additional conditions must be fulfilled:
Nickel equivalent =% Ni + 32% C + 0.6% Mn +% Cu = 40.08 - 46, 870%;
Equivalent chromium =% Cr + 3% Ti +% V +% Mo + 1.6% Si + 0.6% Nb = 21.322 - 26.39%.
The mass fraction of cerium is not determined, it is ensured by the technology of production of the alloy adopted at the plant.
