Features of production |
Bars on the other 14-1-844-74 diameter up to 22 mm inclusive are supplied in heat treated condition for the regime: Quenching in water from 1150-1180 °C. the hardness of bars should not exceed 331 HB. Bars with a diameter of over 22 mm are supplied without heat treatment. All sizes of bars are controlled Rockwell hardness for heat treated samples regime: Quenching in water from 1150-1180 °C + Aging at 740-760 °C (exposure 8-12 hours), air cooling. Hardness of heat-treated samples should be HRC≥54. |
