Description

Alloy 05ХН46МВБч used: for the production of billets, produced on the presses by free forging and is intended for the production of pipes for special and critical applications; piping systems of steam generators of nuclear power plants with helium coolant (HTGR), as well as for different heat exchangers operating in conditions of simultaneous exposure to steam environments high settings and gas environments at temperatures up to 800 °C.

Note

Corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and heat-resistant alloy.

Ni is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-3326-82, the chemical composition is presented for an alloy of the grade 05HN46MVBh (DI65) of an open electric arc melting. The content of cerium is indicated by calculation and chemical analysis is not determined. Deviations from the content of elements and the residual content of elements in the chemical composition of the alloy in accordance with GOST 5632. A higher content of molybdenum in the alloy is possible, provided that the content of tungsten in it is reduced from the calculation of its replacement by molybdenum in the ratio 2: 1. The alloy determines the nitrogen content - the results are recorded in the certificate.

Technological properties

Name The value
Weldability Limited weldable alloy.
Macrostructure and contamination The macrostructure of alloy tube billets TU 14-1-3326-82 should not have podnasadochnogo looseness, residues shrinkage, brown, subcortical bubbles, cracks, placenow, inclusions and delaminations visible to the naked eye. Alloy macrostructure for Central porosity, spot inhomogeneity and phase separation in the square should not exceed 2 points for each type. The alloy is controlled on the contamination of non-metallic inclusions. The content of nonmetallic inclusions by species, the assessment by the maximum score shall not exceed: - oxides of stroke (OS) ≤ 3.5 points; - point oxides (ON) ≤ 1.5 points; - silicates fragile (CX) ≤ 5.0 score; silicates plastic (SP) ≤ 1.5 points; - silicates, non-deformed (SN) ≤ 5.0 score; sulphides (S) ≤ 2.0 points; - nitrides (NT, NS) ≤ 5.0 score.
Corrosion resistance The alloy should not be prone to intergranular corrosion.
