Description
Steel 65G used: for the production of springs, springs, thrust washers, brake bands, friction discs, gears, flanges, bearing housing, clamping and feed collets and other details, which are requirements of high wear resistance and running without shock loads; wire of square, rectangular and trapezoidal cross-sections designed for the manufacture of spring washers; blades of earth-moving machinery (bulldozers, scrapers, cultivators, graders and graders, as well as to the dozer and grader blades equipment excavators, rollers and other earth moving machines); rolled heat-treated strip thickness 0.15−2.00 mm for the manufacture of spring details and springs, with the exception of the crown; measuring tapes; quenched and tempered carded a round wire and shaped steel used for the manufacture of brackets needle products; wire square, rectangular and trapezoidal cross-sections designed for the manufacture of spring washers; valve spring compressors, exposed after coiling heat treatment (hardening and tempering).
