Fe is the basis.
According to GOST 17066-94, the mass fraction of arsenic is allowed up to 0.015%, with the mass fraction of phosphorus being not more than 0.030%.
According to GOST 19282-73, it is allowed to modify steel with calcium and rare-earth elements from the calculation of the introduction of not more than 0.02% calcium and 0.05% rare-earth elements into the metal. In the steel, cobalt is allowed up to 0.050%.
According to GOST 19281-89 and GOST 19282-73, it is allowed to add aluminum and titanium from the calculation of the mass fraction in the rolled aluminum - no more than 0.050%, titanium - no more than 0.030%.
According to GOST 6713-91, nitrogen content is allowed up to 0.012%. In steel, deoxidized with aluminum, the residual content of acid-soluble aluminum should be not less than 0.020%. The use of other deoxidizers is allowed. In the rental for bridge structures of the northern version, the mass fraction of sulfur should not exceed 0.030%, phosphorus - not more than 0.025%. Manufacture of electroslag remelting steel is permitted. The analysis of rolling on arsenic and nitrogen is made at the request of the consumer. In the finished rolled category 3, the mass fraction of silicon should be 0.70-1.00%.
According to TU 14-1-5120-2008 the chemical composition is given for high quality steel grade 10ХСНДА. A mass fraction in the finished sheet steel is allowed up to 0.012%. In agreement with the customer, the replacement of niobium with vanadium in the amount of 0,08-0,12% is allowed. In the finished rolling deviations in the chemical composition in accordance with GOST 6713. The sheets are delivered with a guarantee of weldability. Carbon equivalent of Se ≤ 0.45%.
According to TU 14-1-327-72, the chemical composition is given for high quality steel grade 10ХСНД. The chemical composition is acceptable for the smelting analysis of the ladle sample and the deviation according to the chemical composition in accordance with GOST 5058.
